I have met some really nice people in game, even raider himself, but unfortunately those experiences get overshadowed by all the toxic people in this game. We should all aspire to be like those two people, nice but competitive.

I usually try to de-escalate toxic situations like that by being friendly if possible, or just ignoring them if it doesn't work. In that game you were just provoking the Ball player even more. Well it didn't make a difference there cause it would have been an L even if he tried, but sometimes you can de-escalate toxic situations if you try and be friendly and then people will regain their focus and actually win too
I just know you and pure will be ruining gm games together one day, pure just has to carry you harder so that you finally can be gm yourself one day. I believe in you raider
