The little one is hanging on tough ... True survivor indeed
Watching from South Florida USA
We are all hoping to see him grow into an adult....hold strong kupona
with leopards and hyenas in the area his chances are slim
That cub running after his mother while she was carrying another cub in her mouth was adorable. It put a huge smile on my face
Kupona looks sick, the eyes show it and still skinny even though the tummy is bulging again. I so hope she(?) pulls through!
Magnificent, magnificent what a day. Seeing the white lions, Kupona, Consuela males and females and that they all had a good feed in a world of survival can be brutal. Thanks for allowing me to see a world not normally available to me.😃❤️🌄✌️🦁
Mchile has stunning blue eyes! Poor Kupona, he looks sickly like he hardly has grown in two months. Big ticks for a little cub, and he was beat up too!
Beautiful to see the white lions. Little Kupona looks so scruffy I want to brush his fur. Poor sweet little Kupona . ❤
Millions of us hoomans luv u Kupona. Many wish to be your guardian knowing how hard u have fought to live, to be fed & protected by your pride. Kupona, the little warrior, has defined many odds to live his best lion cub life. Humans need to do better for the wildlife.
The little one is hanging on tough ... True survivor indeed
BEAUTIFUL White lions 💗
What a brave mom ❤❤❤. Hope the cubs will survive❤️🙏❤️
Is this cub survive ?
Little one looks so ill praying 🙏 it can hold on untill may be big enough to eat meat and that help! Mum very good but dosnt seem to benfit cub .so sad. Fabulous to see them all the one lions are ultra Fabulous. Thanks for video great one 👍
Stunning footage. Beautiful little Kupona. Lovely lioness with the two baby cubs.
Awesome video of the white lions too.
They looking good i am happy for Kupona may he survive
aww it is so awesome to see that sweet little baby I hope he keeps pushing through and grows up strong .
Beautiful cubs ❤❤❤. Praying that the survive and grow old ❤❤❤🙏❤️🙏
These had a feast. I love Birmingham pride with these subadults. Nice video.
Nothing screams "family" like a lion pride. They all look so good, well fed, ❤❤
Wow what a dark coated cub wishing the power to keep making it another chance to milk seeing another sunrise
Hold on littel❤️, hold on littel worrior 💪💪
*💭Looking at the dark tawny color of Kupona, it reminds me SO MUCH of the Nharu lions!*
*Leading me to believe that Lambile is the biological father of the survivor cub.*
*Mbiri lioness may have instinctively known the genetic line of the other two Tintswalo males was too close to her own.*
*Fascinating. Even though we’ll never know.*
Poor Kupona! I’m holding thumbs & crossing fingers he/she will survive despite the odds against. Come on little fighter, be strong - you can do it. ❤️❤️❤️
What a awesome video i love white angels lions ....💕🐾🐾
I love all the lions too 👍🤲!!
That little cub looks like it is pretty neglected by the first time momma.
Kupona is very dark looking. Cheers Rosemary Perth Western Australia (71 yrs)
Come on little guy - Hang on! Sad to see the Mbiri lions not being lucky with their cubs over the years. Hopefully these ones can make it.
It is about genetics I think, can not mate with own family female members...they needs to move to other pride to have healthy cubs...
@@mariusadriancuc377 I've spoken with guides and vets about this. Usually you won't see inbred problems til the 7th round of cubs inbred. Of course you can't really say never.
Also, it's estimated that 50% of cubs DNA is actually not from their pride male.
That's when we see the lionesses sneaking around with neighboring males, then they all think they're papa!
@@fourtyfive5620 thanks for your info. Yes, you're right, let"s see here what will follow...
@@fourtyfive5620 hi there, it is strange that some of these females aren't moving off to find other males or maybe they have everyone fooled, the pride males included!! Lol
Again the question remains why are the young cubs not surviving, with the first time mother!?
I'm praying her next litter of cubs will fare much better 🌟 👍😊
Little Kupona looks sick poor baby, this is really worrying! I just hope he comes right. 🦁❤️😘🤞
Little kupona is exceptionally dark with dark orange eyes?
Is she healthy??
Awesome job here guys !
I hope the baby cub survived 🙏💗🐾🌻
Wished this video never ends. It was short one😢 little survivor kupuna im sure he’s going to be a massive strong lion when he gets to adulthood (not sure if kupuna male or female) thanks for sharing such an amazing video with us
Poor Kupona
Breathing so fast so sad to see him in this state he looks so sick 😞 hope he will make it 🤗
The Birmingham Pride at the end my favourite ah superb footage 😍😍😍
Thank you! How cute the big male in the background while you are giving your update!
OIh so happy to see my Fav pride have watched them sense they were babies they look awesome
Good luck mommy with you and the little one!! 🤗😽🙏🏻
Tina CA Thank you for your sharing video 👍👍👍👍👍😄😄😄😄😄
If you want to see a devoted mother's love just watch. Stay safe little one grow big grow powerful.
Wow. Heavy parasite load both on the outside and inside, I'm sure. Hope the lion cub survives all of that.
😳 I know most ppl will be happy that little kapona is still here, I am too, but when he/she turned & faced the camera, my heart sank... His eyes are black, his breathing is rapid, his fur looks dirty, he looks really bad, isn't mum grooming him!? He’s looking neglected, poor little thing. I'm scared & worried for him!! 😢🙁
Hang in there Kupona 🙏 💓 💪
Amazing captures
Cheers...
Excellent video and commentary, you're doing so well with the camera framing and editing - we know its a lot of work!
Kupona looks sick, mangy.
i dont think i have ever seen a cub with such a deep color...interesting.
They are all handsome Birmingham pride sub adults💞
Aww Kupona, sending you strength and love ♥️
Is Kuponas mum here? And do any lionesses groom Kupona?
Marianne NZ
I was wondering if any of the other lionesses are nursing cubs, but I didn't see any.
I think the issue might be with the mum. I've seen mastitis in mum's and the lil ones are not able to pull milk. He keeps trying to no avail, maybe a tiny amount to just keep him hanging in there. Sad outcome. Sure wish he could go to meat at this point..
His belly is likely bloated from sucking in air, starving.. .😢💧
Poor Kupona. The little thing is not well. Infection in its eyes, covered in ticks. Hope things get better.
Great to see the one of the break away borringham pack I know they were looked for on a drive today or yesterday on wild earth drive
Boy he's really seems to be a darker color to him. The little man has the spirit of a lion. If he makes it look out.
Mais quelle belle couleur de fourrure il a ce petit kupona ! Rare cette couleur , non ?
Baby Kupona looks really skinny. I hope it gets few pounds. 🙏🙏
Does he have an eye infection, or is it just malnutrition??
I really hope he makes it! ☘️☘️☘️🤞🤞🤞
why do none of the females groom him ? the ticks alone are overwhelming him 🥺
I think his momma is a first time mom and isn't doing such a great job.
@@donniev8181 or they know he is suck .
Yes, it makes you stop n think.. Why aren't they looking out for him, when they move off they don't wait for him they should be getting these dreaded ticks off of him, he's the last cub left, I thought they would nurture this little guy, but it's not the case, & it's very important they do this for his survival.
But the little angel is now in heaven 👼 he doesn't have to fight anymore. 😢🐾💙
@@greeneyes325 sometimes when it's only one cub left they don't bother taking much care of it. And btw, did he die?
Que Coisa mais linda😘😘😘
These animals have such a hard life. Poor babies..
So the three females who have cubs cone from 3 different male lions? The oldest cubs are Orphan Males, the second liter is Zigzag Mbiri Male and third is from Tintswalo Males? If so that is incredible. And these females are doing are great job considering the circumstances.
It's strange that he's so dark, Kupona💞 it's true that he doesn't look good but nature can surprise us at any moment, so while he's alive, I believe in it, just like for Lambile that you have already buried!! ( nice of you), it would have been nice to show him to us, since he's going to die soon...poor Lambile💞 I'm with you and I hope you'll be better, time ago of life, there is hope!!!
Is lambile alive?
@@fourtyfive5620 At the last news yes…
@@sabbrah8365 great news, thank u!
aww man that poor wee cub covered in ticks... he may have the advantage of having all the milk but why is the mother not grooming? isnt that how ticks are removed?
They're the breakaway Birmingham they looking good
He needs to feed alot!!
By the thumbnail, looks like hes barely holding on, oh my
Are these both her cubs?? Or just the last one?? I know she lost some. Tysm
If vet services were available... for little Kupona- he/she is definately sick. They do it all the time in other parts of East Africa. David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and KWS have mobile vet units that take care sick and injured animals
They can call them. I think given that they’re profiting from these lions & habituating them (for profit), therefore, morally, in my opinion do have a duty of care to the lion. The question is, if they intervene they’ll have to separate the cub from the Mum… then will she take it back???
@@michellestemm774 From what I have seen Vet doctors will take samples and closely monitor the lion/ lioness/ cub etc and closely monitor and intervene if need be. David Sheldrick wildlife trust do a phenomenal job and receive donations worldwide check them out. No sick animal is left behind from snare injuries, bullet injuries poachers... sick animals orphaned animals I wish S. Africa had the same concept
@@maureenmasara2483 Agree 100%. Particularly as the conservancy’s, game parks & WildEarth profit from these animals. They habituate them purposely in order to profit from them by following them around everyday. The vehicles disrupt the animals hearing, sight & smell. They therefore owe these animals a duty of care! And should be treated by vets if they want to continue to profit. I also think that a portion of the profit goes to local villages to build leopard & lion proof fencing to stop another incident like the one Hukumuri found himself in & was shot!
Interesting to see how many ticks are on the lions..
He doesn't look healthy .hopefully he will overcome.
True he seems sickly 😥 I wish they could get a Vet for him but I guess it nature
Hold on LITTLE one better says ahead !!
The cub looks sick poor cub looks anxious and haves a disease.
His eyes look so sore! I want to help clean the eyes and give the cub some relief
you guys have to take the cub and save him
❤❤❤
Hey love the channel, what you guys should do is setup a separate sister channel where you string together and put more focus on the grazing of the herbivores with the sounds of the birds, the little cut bits you do in your video when you show some animals grazing just going about doing their business there is something really tranquil about it you should do like 3 hour long videos of lots of different scenes so people can have that stuff on in their homes, when i wake its a bit much to be bombarded with information right from the second i wake up and something tranquil first thing is what is needed not the news cycle that im going to see all day long...
It looks to me as if Kapons has a respiratory infection. Could be what caused the death of his siblings. ❤🌹
This is what I observed too, his breath is too fast, ia breathing with difficulties I think, poor little one is so skinny...and looks sickly...
can't you guys set off a controlled burn to kill of some of the ticks?
Get going kupona
I thought I could see Ticks on the Little one , wouldn’t that be making him week? And on the Big Lion his ears looked riddled with ticks or were they flys. Is there anything you can do for the little one ? I definitely saw a tick on his side! Can you spay them from a a distance? Or separate him somehow? I don’t think he will survive if the tick problem isn’t handled, must be so hard for him. 🙏😇 GOD please find a way🙏
Why is he the little survivor? I'm confused, did his mother reject him? Or what happened to him.....clarity would help.
💜💞💖
He doesn’t look good:((((( unfortunately. God bless him
I'm just wondering if Casper the white male over in Kruger and his three Brothers are related to or from the Birmingham?
Hi guys do you know anything about young Birmingam Male, where is he and how is he?
He's good and running around with the Torchwood male.
@@donniev8181 😃💪💪💪 thank you for that info, great news.
@@peps4461 you're welcome

I'm just coming in. What is wrong with the cub? Is he/she going to be okay? Its poor eyes look bad and its so skinny. I pray it makes it.
Pero está bién feito el desdichado!
The cub looks scraggly and somewhat malnourished, it’s struggling! I’m still hoping it’ll make it as comfortable s odds are high that not all make it.
Fife months are past now...das anybody know if the little cub survived at the end? Sometimes the rangers have to intervene when it comes to life threatening situations ...how can they sit and watch the cubs dying from starvation and don't take them away to bring them to a veterinarian for treatment?
Is Kupona suffering any illness?
What did he survive?
Does he have mange?
Find the update on this little one.
Is cub ok?
Can somebody explain to me why kupona looks in such bad shape I'm just stumbling on to this clip I'm a little lost I have zero background on this cub and the entire pride. Any information would be A blessing. I would be very thankful.
Did he make it?
Unfortunately not
@@tintswalovirtualsafari Sad to hear thanks for letting me know
Poor cub looks very sick.
Some vampire lions
Why is the little lion so different looking???
Where is that?
the cub looks sick. looks like he's not being groomed. some of the lions are seriously covered in ticks. sucking all the nutrient from them.
What happened to him?
Any news about Kupona? I hope he's still alive. 🙏🙏🙏
Unfortunately we never found Kupona
@@tintswalovirtualsafari 💔😔
He looks like he could use some antibiotics. :(...
I could never do yalls job I would be a sucker for the little one's.
Why is the fur of that suckling cub looked so brown?
