    Hi, do you have a video explaining employees who work on standby? In this case, the employee is on standby every second week. And earns above the threshold.

      Hi there. In what industry / job? This is often regulated by specific sectoral determinations or bargaining council main agreements. Often with employees over the threshold it will be up to the parties to negotiate what is acceptable (and not necessarily regulated by legislation).
