    I love the outside sweep after a wrist lock. It flows naturally.

    i do systema and krav maga with a friend of mine, these kind of moves on this video ar also usefull for me, i am not a fighter, i fight only if i have no choise, i love deffending more than instead of attacking,
    great work by making this video to give poeple some lessons how to deffend themselves,
    i can use it whit my systema and krav maga stile, i am not a pro bud i can deffend my self verry good when i and my budy do some training, how good ar we?
    well let me say that we ar not bad if you know what i mean, bud we do training also in how to blok and stop some one whit a weapon or a knife bud we stil do some training to become better and more prepared for if that moment comes, what posseble can or cant happen, i mean who knows, right

    These locks are quite similar to Aikido.

    I like the bent elbow lock as it creates the most painful reaction from your partner

      At some point you need someone to work with you can only learn so much by yourself, but these are pretty good to know .

    At lease make him tap out. Some what,to show leverage being applied from the lock.

      @mcanastacio  4 года назад +2

      I'm gonna be real with you.. I could've just told him to tap for camera sake and it would've looked the same lol. Safety first! Try it out with a partner and get a feeler for yourself!

      He should cringe at the slightest pressure 🤔🙂 I can understand still frame shots,even then they make faces of pain...

    In real battle going to be almost impossible to do this! Opponent will be moving so fast it will be difficult to do this???

    If you try to armlock someone in stand up position, ready to go down hard cause you won't be able to know why🤣
