I've had screws in my wrist since 1988? when I had a compression wrist fracture in Hong Kong, bit of my hip bone screwed to support my wrist. 2 self tappers don't set off airport security but can provide fun with a wire finder! 😀

Always like watching your videos Martin. I drove in Europe for 15years so I'm reminiscing at alot of your destinations. Only problem with your chair cam is its a bit too high. You an only see road or pelmet. Keep up the good work.

Great vlog as always buddy, needed this after my mother being in and out of The Grange Hospital the past week, what a shambles waited 18 hours for an Ambulance. I started to wish they took her to Prince Charles in the first place.
I am really enjoying the content and seeing the countries you get to visit while doing the work. As others have said if you cannot get a reciept take a photo or use your bank statment as it will show on there. Just an Idea

Tip. You're going to get stuck without fuel one day letting the tank get so low. Fill up when down to a quarter tank.

@@TruckerJenko Always need a plan B for fuel. Even more so when you start going further afield. If that 2nd place had been out of fuel you'd have been screwed. 👍
Thanks Martyn. What a difference in the sound quality without the Rode mic. So much background noise. Is Belgium the land of NO receipts? Safe trucking.
The internal mike is 'fine' at low speed just not as good as a dedicated one but bad at speed ... no surprise. And no complaint.

One thing I have to say tho is I’d not be happy working 6 days and only being paid for 5 which is what happens when you start on nights and switch over to days in the same week. Ok not technically working but you’re away from home in the truck. I’d only last at that for so long before it started to grind

Who knocks on your door when the curtains are closed 😡. Unless it's plod or DVSA go back to sleep . Too many stories of drivers getting out to be confronted with 5 / 6 blokes after the truck and load.

Quick Question, does the indicator warning voice get your nerves??? It would annoy me with it blasting out 'Caution Vehicle Turning Left' everytime the indicator went on. Is there no way to turn them off or is it a company policy??
Yes i can turn it off but i don't notice it to be honest 😂

Hi. Is the red flashing light at the top of the screen coz you are not wearing your seat belt? I am sure its in that HGV hand book
I reckon that’s more likely to be the reflection of the red LED telltale showing you that it’s still recording. It’s usually an audible and visual warning if you drive without a belt.
Hi Jenko, do you earn more or less than 50k a year without being to specific ? Also would you recommend me getting into the industry as a 32 yr old, I want to but I keep hearing you can never get a job with no experience and the wage isn't great.
