I was surprised and delighted to see and hear this video of the French Suite #5. It is, by far, my favorite of all the French Suites. You play it much better than I but I love its variety and strong melodic themes, which seem advanced for the period. As soon as I played the Allemande for the first time, I could hardly wait to explore the rest of the suite. Thank you for sharing this with us.
