I think they only hinted at what Epsilon was doing in detail instead of straight up telling us like how I remember from the manga or novel, I mean, it's obvious what she is doing but I remember that the author make it clear to say that in order to do what she is doing, the highest precision of slime manipulation was needed, she practiced so much that she eventually became the most proficient magic manipulator of the Seven Shadows, even getting respect from Cid, all so she can make the fake boobs and ass, and that she has such precision that only Shadow and maybe Alpha (IDK) knows that she is making those out of slime, the rest of the girls are completely fooled by her and think is all natural.
