    Yes bro...I see the future coming through. Don't stop. 20 min 3× day all parts am, mid day, evening splits. Check the diet. Don't give up carbs, stick to 3 simple protein, essential fats and required carbs.
    The rule of weight management
    12% - 10% - 8% reduce or increase
    Bodyweight × 10 (base hours of up time average)
    I.e. 200 lbs × 10 = 2000 kc kilo cal.
    Reduce by 10% = 200 cal removed
    1800 cal
    Every 2 - 4 weeks reduce the % down keep the diet simple and energy efficient.
    I lost 85lbs in 8 months. I compete as a natural. I went from 247lbs to 157 lbs. I'm not suggesting you'll do the same but I trained client that went from 354 to 190 in 8 months. You got this.
