For a rapper of lil boosies caliber; getting offered $250k for a performance seems exaggerated. Boosie tends to do alot of Trumping (overinflate his own worth), so I wouldn’t take his word for it. The reason why the lottery jackpots are a lot more is because the price went up. Powerball tickets used to be a $1. People used to buy a lot more tickets when it was a $1 which meant people won more often so then the jackpot would drop again. When the tickets changed to $2, people bought less so people won less which leads to the jackpot increasing.
