I think Thoma counts as a Inazuman because his vision has an Inazuma case, not the Mondstadt 3-winged one. This makes sense because Chiori's vision also has the inazuman case. Another case which adds to it is the fact that Wanderer counts as a Sumeru character, not an Inazuman EDIT: Another way to check if Chiori really was Fontainian, is Charloette's passive, where she gains certain stats for Fontaine characters and different stats for the other regions
Another case is Arlecchino, which counts as Snezhnaya. Another simple way to see if a character is Fontaine or not, is to see if they have an alignment.
also thoma is canonically mixed! his mother is from mondt but his father is inazuman, thats why he traveled to inazuma in the first place, to visit his dad, but gets washed up on the boat and remains in inazuma (source: his 4th character story)

The good part of having done the archery challenge on swords and spells only is that you pretty much can say if smt is cheating or not and no one will whine about it

What if the characters skill DMG or normal attacks change based on the crystalized shield picked up and it increases said DMG based on their em? That would be pretty cool. Then you wouldn't need to worry about a elemental goblet, and just boost the em

Characters regions aren’t determined by where they were born/live but their vision case and their affiliation on their character profile. Thoma has a inazuma vision and is affiliated with the yashiro commission making him a inazuma character despite being from mondstadt

statue leveling advice. Level up Inazuma, Sumeru and Fontaine. You will get 60 gems for each new level of leveling. For geo statue like for anemo you are going to have only 10 gems. yeah good luck man... during chiori banner... my c2 itto now c6... i lost six 50 50s got c0 chiori and her signature weapon. all lost 50 50 on her and her weapon but at least i got a bunch of red horns for my itto ;) that literally ate 100k primogems. luckily i saved and now have 93k primogems and 78 fates. watch me lose all 50 50s on xilonen c6 potential geo buffer for itto. also itto over navia. especially in multi enemies content. mono geo....i don't even want to say navia is a geo character ._. i do have her but not her weapon. she takes my unforge

He also doesn't work as an Inazuman character for this event and does as a Sumeru character, but in TCG his card can't cause Sumeru or Inazuma resonance. Make up your mind guys! Also, as a PlayStation user especially, I REALLY hate some of the button choices they used for exiting, continuing, etc in this event specifically. Every single time we've gotten it. I have always ruined my setups. This time was way better because after a few mess ups I managed to remember not to press circle too quickly but yeah... I wish they would test this event on PlayStation / controller too
what nation character counts as is based on what nation they got their vision in, iirc Mona is from Fontaine, but has Mondstadt vision (granted her's is reactivated), Thoma from Mondstadt, but got his vision in Inazuma etc look at their vision icon in character menu to see what nation the cont as
