I find the constant comparison to cat food disgusting, I love sushi. I think most ppl dont realize the term sushi refers to the method of preparation. Similar to say tacos.you can have any ingredient in a taco style vs just beef slices. Sushi can be veggie sushi, beef sushi, fried shrimp, avocado, and more. Enjoy!!!

If you decide to dabble in bitcoin, classify it under your high-risk, high-reward portfolio. You can reap huge profits in the short-term and lose heavily if the value drops.
A good piece of sushi comes down to the quality of the fish, if the fish is fresh it will have an iridescent rainbow look to its surface in the light. Also you should drink miso soup before you start your meal because it warms the stomach whereas sushi is very cooling for your energy levels
I'm in the seafood industry in the US. I can easily say the industry is highly regulated. The gov even has trackers and cameras on some boats to monitor them, they can't even eat the fish they catch(they have to sell it to a licensed buyer and then buy it back, and the Coast guard can board your boat anytime and search it and they call it an "safety inspection" not a "search" so it doesn't violate human rights; it's actually a violation of Rights in my opinion. I can say that the person selling you your seafood, especially in a restaurant, doesn't know much about its source or has been lied to about where it came from. For the best quality go to someone who owns their own boats.
