Hi Cheri, you’re so funny! I just love to watch your videos. I love that you take your time and you share your knowledge with us. Like you, I’m learning every day! A good way to tell the difference between Labradorite and Moonstone is Labradorite is usually grey in its base colour with blue flashes and Moonstone is more milky white/white/clear in its colour with the blue flashes. Probably made in Mexico for sure! What a great golden obsidian pendant! Mexico is a significant source of Gold Sheen Obsidian. There are several deposits in different regions of the country, including in the states of Jalisco, Chihuahua, and Michoacán.

Hi Cheri! I'm sorry I haven't stopped by in a while :) You just keep doing you at your own pace, that's why we're here! I also get people that tell me I'm too slow 🤷♀ The main difference between Lapis lazuli and sodalite is that there is a big presence of pyrite in Lapis (the gold flecks you see), Lapis is generally more like a cobalt blue, very bright! Both can have white colors, sodalite has more of a spiderweb look and lapis has bands of colors, normally. I do believe both sets you have are lapis, but I aint no gemstone guru lol. I hope that makes sense, i've looked into before as i was confused. 46:48 looks very much like moss agate, one of my faves!

Sometimes ppl see a little white in Lapis and think it has to be Sodalite. But I was feeling it is more about the Pyrite. Thanks! And I forgot all about Moss Agate! As for why they are called Beggar’s Beads, there are several stories out there. One is that agate was thought to attract wealth, so it was worn by Beggars. I’m not so sure about that. But I do know that these beads were popular in the 1960s and are a hippie type style. If you find more on this, please do share. Thanks!!
Do you price your jewelry at retail or resale pricing?
Hello Slusher. I just price is according to the comps, or the materials. And I do sell LOTS of jewelry which resellers can really benefit by. Mostly, I think the benefit you get from my channel is knowing that most items are tested, so you know what you are getting. Also, you can see each piece in 3-D which is always nice too. Broken collar bone is shattered and my shoulder popped out of the socket.....severe concussion, and both knees have taken a knock too and as a result I smashed my new phone that my husband Got for me B4 he passed so I have got another phone and using the hospital internet and you was my first time I have been without the internet....
