I remember an incident- A Mr Chhaya taught us architecture as a visiting professor. Genuinely nice person. He invited us students to his house in Delhi, helping us out for case studies of residential colony. We met professors wife and she shared her despair on how her son (who she introduced as an artist) is having marriage troubles. We sympathised, as you do in such situations and then I asked her out of curiosity what kind of artist is your son (thinking in my mind probably some painter / sculptor) ? She said an actor and then it clicked 🤦♀️ - her son is Harsh Chhaya - they were Harsh Chayya’s parents and all this while we did not have a clue.
This was 1999-2000 !

As a kid I saw him in Khali Haath and instantly liked him as he came across as a good looking gentleman, since then have always been a fan and enjoyed all his different works. His acting has been always good teamed with his excellent voice, and great to see that he has maintained his good looks. It was really enjoyable to know him little as a person too through this interview.

I remember those 90s Zee Tv serials, Harsh was one of those actors that acted with reality, Hasratein and Astitva were 2 serials in which he performed great. Guy needs to be seen more in Movies, he has a strong personality.

Have always liked him as an actor. And it's so visible how wonderfully Harsh must be taking care of his health and fitness considering this is how he looks at 57. And what's even more impressive, he's not looking made up and "botoxed young" like our BW 90s stars.
If I didn't know his screen age, I'd have never believed he's in his late 50s. 30 se ek din upar nahi 😄

Kannan..you had a weird expression on your face when Harsh was talking about his no nonsense attitude wrt workin hours and payments. It was almost as if you also did not like that side of him. But why? I feel what Harsh did was justified.

He played doctor in life line serial with Tanvi Azmi as pediatrician and I was impressed by him and today I am a doctor for last 20 years. He was my ideal , as a doctor .
