The name of the place is designer outlet berlin whenever there is a black friday sale or christmas sale then almost half of the prices go down specially in designer outlet berlin. so i recommend every international student to go check out this place and wait for a sale to buy shoes. jackets, bags etc. Shopping in Germany as a student can be a bit difficult because of not having knowledge relating the concept of sales that takes place according to season.
