In Malaysia, we have stalls like this. People called it “Restoran Ikan Bakar” (literal translation as Grilled Fish Restaurant), which offers varieties of seafood at one station. We pick the seafood ourselves and the workers weighs them and asked how we want the seafood to be cooked. So, yeah 😊
