I disagree. it's good to note that she went on the plane to get away from her life, she loved Jared but had issues that he didn't really understand, no one did really. When she finally convinced herself to accept his proposal, the plane suddenly "lost signal " no coincidence there. The calling and the plane didn't separate Michaela from her life with Jared, she did that all on her own
I think Michaela and Zeke are meant to be, but I feel bad for Jared he clearly loves her. I get it I love my boyfriend so much it would kill me to ever lose him.
Michaela and Zeke do have a good relationship and they do love each other but not in the level that Mic and Jared love each other. Jared clearly still loves her and so does Mic. She was mad at him for most of season 2, but she never stopped loving him. Season 2 episode 10, Jared admits that he went undercover with the Xers because she said she would never feel safe with them out there and at that point all of her feelings for J came rushing back. She remembered the love that they always had for each other. Michaela only loves Zeke up to a point, she wouldn’t even go into the water when he was dying unlike when J was dying. She ran into the building that was exploding and then when it was already on fire but with Zeke she didn’t even help him out of the water. When Jared woke up in the hospital, all he had to do was take one breath and she was so happy but with Zeke she practically pushed him off of her.
Sorry for the long response, but this is just my personal opinion and I feel that Mic and J should be endgame and that Mic and Zeke don’t have any chemistry whatsoever.
