If you didnt know Adam and Burgess are not her actual parents. And the uncle filed for petition for full custody in the recent episode
I do know Kim burgess adopted her and Adam is Makayla custodian if’s anything ever happened to her Adam is the one who will take care of her and Kim took her in after Makayla family was murder the uncle will lose because Kim and Adam will absolutely fight for Makayla burgess no matter what her uncle doesn’t have a chance
