Exactly murder should be murder assault-assault I mean how many dead ppl are thinking I wonder if that person who killed me did it bc of hate. The Atlanta shooter already confessed to capitol murder. If it had been racially motivated, he would have nothing left to lose by admitting to it.

I am definitely horrified by the crime in Atlanta, but looking at these Asian women speaking on TV, I feel they have so much against our society than anyone could possibly be against them.
Imagine living life so scared of everything. It’s amazing these people are able to function on a daily basis. But it’s also to easy to see how they are weak and want the biggest government to make rules and punish those who hurt their feelings
They're not scared. They see a problem that affects others that are not themselves, and they want to help fix it. Meanwhile, there are others who find it easier to willfully ignore problems and not do anything. Its a choice between what is easy and what is right.
I feel very sad when such things happen, but also feel proud that people are standing up and not suppressing their thoughts.

For those who say that this is not a hate crime, I can somewhat agree to this. But the fact that asians are stereotyped as being submissive and docile would have affected the shootings because he did only shoot asian american spas massage parlors and there has to be a reason. I think many people see asians as a successful race in the US and asians should have no problem living in the US but there are many instances where i get stereotyped for being asian. I have had women ask about my genitalia size wondering if it is small. I have had dog jokes thrown at me quite a bit. Some people ask me if I watch hentai.... The list goes on and these issues are not being addressed.
