Mark Crawford, what a beauty!
Keep up the good work been a fan of Taylor for 20 years lol and Rick haven't heard of him until I found this show but he's awesome he really knows his stuff he's great to listen too!
Loved that interview!
Fun fact - Casey DeSmith was the goalie for USA when Silovs won bronze for Latvia.
I can still remember Donny using that phrase, LEFT HABI AND RIGHT BULIN. That must have been about 20 years ago when Habibulin played for the Jets. 😊
thanks for sharing that... I didn't get it lol
LMAO omg YES !!!!
He used it alot when he was on tampa and chicago
I thought I recognized that voice! I remember watching the highlights on Sportsnet with you at the helm before I had to go to school (elementary days) - such a fun energy on TV - wild to catch you pop up in the feed some 25 years later
It's Marcy Marc and the funky bunch
I still have his hockey card. Great show, great memories 👍🏻🙂
Thanks for the memory lane Canuckathon, guys. Appreciate you!
Amazing to see you 3 guys! Met Marc a few times and was superb. Still have signed card from him
I was at the airport in 1982. I also wandered into the Hotel Vancouver just after the banquet on the Saturday afternoon, got a bunch of autographs from the Canucks, including those who were injured. I pulled my friend into an elevator with Richard Brodeur. We tried to be as cool as 15 year old girls are which is not at all.
My own teenage daughter is a big hockey fan but would not do anything so ridiculous
i remember the comment he said that was really funny it was him saying that when we had all the russians Larionov plus others he thought that he was russian because the fans kept yelling get crawford-off lmfao
Good 'ol Crow
Marc Crawford’s career started out so well and turned out so badly.
Youngest Jack Adams Award winner. Top team in the Eastern Conference in his first year.
Won Stanley Cup his 2nd year while beating 62-win Detroit Red Wings along the way.
Got to conference finals his 3rd year.
Since then, he’s won only one playoff round.
His Canucks teams should have won many more rounds. Pinning that on Cloutier may be too simplistic but... maybe it is that simple.
@@nathanlige2961 I still remember to this day in 2003 that Cloutier let in a minimum 2 goals every game of the series against Minnesota including one where we lost 7-2.
Then the Wild went to play against the Ducks and scored 1 goal in 4 games. JS Guguerre had 3 shutouts.
@@September2004 Yes. That group was the biggest let down of my Canucks fandom. I don't want to let others off the hook, but who knows what would have happened with a better goalie.
I wonder what other pro-Edmonton shenanigans will happen in the next two games? It's obvious they want the Oilers through to the next round.
I expect a parade to the box tonite for canucks
Crawford should get another NHL job. Bit too outspoken for the powers that be, perhaps.
Hey Narc are you joining the riots after this series?
Big Zeeee is Chara.... No plagiarism!
ZaBOOOM!
Ps we say Z (rhymes with ed) .... not Zeeee (rhymes with pee) .... we are not American
And I'm pretty sure the S with the Š makes it more of a sh sound. Shilovs. Šilovs. Like Hašek is Hashek. Crow keeps saying Seelovs.
Snepsy lol. Back when if you were a kid and a Canucks fan. You were bullied.
Remember when you guys said the Hronek trade was a bad move
Sure do, he’s a great d man to have paired with Hughes.
Hronek needs to pick his game up a bit though on these playoffs, a bit tougher and a bit more aggressive would help us out much more!
Go Canucks Go!
He's not been as fantastic as he was to start but I agree. Love the guy.
He was a good trade but they will prioritize resigning lindholm and Joshua
@@bobpowers9637zadorov and Joshua I hope
@@savjakob7838 for sure 👍🏻 hopefully all 3
