I don't fall into the Roothy hunger trick any more. When i see a new bush cook up vid i always save it for just as i am sitting down for lunch, lol, I learnt that years ago, nothing worse than watching a cook up and you have to wait 5 hours for tea. Great job mate. ATB Moose.

I've just bought a camp oven and cooking stove and swag and I'm getting things ready for the future. I do a little bit of relic detecting and am planning on heading off in the future, so I'm RUclips studying gear and methods at the moment. I work on a farm and hopefully about to update an old vehicle to a 4x4 for camping. I loved your video and I definitely plan on viewing more of them..

What sized camp fire oven do you recommend for a family of four? Legs or no legs?
9 litre, no legs - buy a tripod if you want to swing it over the fire but no legs means it doubles as a cooking poit on the gas... good luck!
