Hi Guys! Just want to make some things clear surrounding why I got a job in the first place. I did NOT get a job for financial issues, money, etc.. I got this job to benefit my mental health, to get out of the house, use my time productively, to be motivated, and to feel better as a person. I'm not in college, I don't do sports, I have A LOT of free time and I'm using in a better way, rather than just laying in my bed. Some may not understand, but it is my choice and life to get a job. I am happy that I did and that's all that matters so for the people that keep commenting stuff about money, what I should do with my life, and the rude comments can stop. Thanks :)
I think it is great that you are doing this for your mental health! You shouldn’t have to explain yourself Emma. Even if you got it for financial reasons, it is nobody’s business. Keep up the great work 💪 we all love you and support you with everything you do!

So happy for you Emma! I started working at 15 and haven’t stopped since! It’s amazing because you always meet new people and make new friends! Having a job allows me to leave my house and be a little more productive with my life 😁

I got hired for a small business (family friend aswell) as a receptionist.
Very soon, I was picking up lunches, groceries for the shop, cleaning the whole shop, I was ordering inventory, checking inventory, washing whatever needed to be washed. And I was getting paid less than his daughter, who didn’t do even a quarter of what I did.
I understand that.

My boyfriend mowed lawns, painted, cleaned pools, put together other kids bikes all as a teen living at home.
I highly recommend putting away even the timiest bit into sound investments because it will give you security when you're grown to take care of life's emergencies. He had a lot of fun with friends but it certainly worked out well for him.
I'm really pleased for Emma that her work is for Emma, kinda like my boyfriend. He works because he actually likes his job and will occasionally paint someone's house if he feels like it. More for friendship than hunger.
Anyway, I'm happy for Emma and wish her much happiness.

I enjoyed the video. I am glad to hear that you are at least 5 minutes early to work. A good employee is always at work 5 to 10 minutes early. That gives you enough time to get done with whatever you need to do before work and be ready to go when the shift starts. If there is anything that pisses me off is when somebody strolls into work right at the time they are to be clocking in and go to the bathroom, etc. That is very irresponsible. Kudo's to you and kudo's to you for taking on an additional job. I am proud of you.

Snows fun as a kid, but when you have to be ready 20-30 maybe earlier minutes earlier to clean your car and shovel the driveway while it’s freezing cold? Owning a car in the snow is a job on its own. It’s just in the way in my opinion 😂 but to each their own, like snow can be fun but im just not a fan. Like no judgement for liking the snow it’s just my own experience haha
