if ashley repp actually believes in stat assult, then why is just nick she is going after ? she hooked up with other men who believed she was 18 in that same house, at the same time, and is not using that law to go after them. shouldnt she want every one of them sued ? seems odd shes leaving the others out .
Does anyone else have money? Even if she could win a lawsuit unless the person has substantial assets you get nothing. I learned this lesson 20 years ago when spent $400 and won $1000 small claims suit I filed only to learn there is no way they enforce verdict I only doubled my loss. These lawyers cost thousands and only work on contingency. Hopefully they will just quit when they realize Nick won’t give up.
@@TheAngryKilljoy it is sad that Nick may not see a dime that he is rightly owed from them . But I can’t wait till his name gets cleared

Great video! I hope Nick’s attorney will bring up the fact that not only everybody at the party believing that Ashley was 18 but that she also had sex with Aaron who was 15 at the time. 🤨🤨 I mean where’s the outrage over that?
