Im on the other end of the spectrum i think this game has come out and did what it wanted to do. Played it myself and its unique and a great experience to play through. The price tag is the only thing i can see sometimes feels a bit steep but thats what sales are for. On everything else i love it its a great game and super enjoyable! but everyone can have and form their own opinions.
After your Next Fest demos video, I became interested in SCHiM (but didn't manage to get around to playing it), and now after this review I'm significantly less interested in SCHiM! This kind of transformative emotional journey is why I remain subscribed to Abbreviated Reviews, thank you.
This isn't the first demo that didn't really pan out in the full game, but that's it's always better than going in completely blind. I'm glad you're on the journey with me though, as wild as it can be.
