Quick tip about the insurgent pickup custom: Don’t equip the full armor plates for the turret and windows (it doesn’t affect the missile protection of the vehicle, I tested it) that way you will have the ability to throw c4 at deppressors mk2 in the air, just like a Nightshark but a little bit slower and with prox mines. 👍🏼 Same as the nightshark, NEVER put on windows plates on it. Even the bullet protection with plates is minimal, you can still get one shoot on aim assist lobbies, and most important, you lose the ability to use your weapons while driving.

You can also use the 'deluxo' because the mk2 missiles won't turn around when you fly towards the mk2. And your missiles will always hit the mk2 ofcourse you will not be able to lock on to the mk2 when they use the chaff feature. And maybe the most usefull feature of the deluxo is that the missiles will always ignore the flares.
I don't know why nobody talks abt the deluxo .....it's really an osm car. I use that thing all the time for grinding ceo missions or mc business or whatever and yesterday I killed a mk2 griefer with it after dodging his 3 missiles(not the 1st time). Now whenever i m on a deluxo IDC abt the mk2 griefers anymore.....i just love that vehicle
Man I use my mk2 as a money making vehicle to get from point a to point b so much faster during heist setups, agency missions, bunker business etc but I always get locked on for some reason from 3 other oppressors it’s so annoying
@@Amzyy recently some level 60 stole my car while i was robbing store, i called lester then returned my vehicle, griefer immediately died from me returning car and he came back to kill me on his oppressor, luckily i had my Buffalo STX so he couldn’t lock on and this opp clown sat outside my agency until i found a mission. guy probably felt like he “won” because i left to a mission and didn’t fight him but one cannot be clowned more than failing to sabotage my robbery, dying out car returnal, and then flying across the map only to fail to get a kill because all the skill you possess is the ability to lock on, honestly felt bad for this

Dude was named BadAssBrad or something cringe like that. It creates the opportunity to be a dick without any of the consequence. It creates a sense of power and sucess in people who have neither in real life. There are plenty of good folks who like to have a good time playing a game, for sure. But they are far out numbered by short-dick people with ego and self esteem wrapped up in the game. Rockstar knows it, they foster it, and capitalize greatly on it. But being aware of the fact that GTA Online is just a giant sparkly slot machine with a poor payout ratio allows you to enjoy it for what it is. You can make your own fun... Rockstar provides the tools, but their applications are lame and redundant. A good group can have a good time screwing around, racing, doing car shows, pvp battles etc. But you can't honestly say the missions and grinds are the best part... and they ARE the game. But have no illusions... its not "amazing" its just a real life simulation in a giant sandbox with no consequences... which can be fun. But its hardly a game in the true sense of the word... its more like Twitter, if it were an open-world city simulation. The cars are all I am really interested in anymore. And of course Story Mode is awesome. Rockstar makes awesome story-driven experiences. But their online services are predatory shakedowns, designed to hook the lowest common denominator and then squeeze money out of them. I love the game... but I hate what its become. They should change it from GTA Online to KDR Dick Farm. 🤣
To win vs a mk2 using a scramjet make sure you’re facing each other. When the oppressor shoots their missile boost and the missile is guaranteed to miss
I trolled a griefer with the insurgent the other day. He hit it with his whole payload and would fly off to respawn it and I kept going back in the moc to replenish its health lol. Eventually he targeted the moc and that took a while to blow up.
if you are going to use equipment, i would add the ballistic armor to it. having this allows players to take some punishment with a greater chance of winning. also, the insurgent pickup custom is valuable for defensive counters. it is harder to fight oppressor users, when the pickup is in motion, so keeping it stationary will give the user a great chance of a victory here. the only drawback is setup time. you would need to be in the know ahead of time before it arrives.
Even though the scramjet is a glass cannon, if you come in and fire first I think its one of the best counters with the great missiles, but as you mentioned it definitely comes with a hefty price tag.
also great once u get the griefer down cause you can just jump up, aim at the sky and boost for a sec till you can see the griefer on ground, go first person and fuck em up with the missiles
Those people are probably shit at actual pvp games where it's all skill and level and equipment dont matter, so they instead play games like Gta Online or any RPG game where you can prey on lower level players so they can feel "capable" when they aren't.
I love the Oppressor griefers, one of my favorite thing in the game- it's actually quite easy to shoot them off their bikes. It's the good jet griefers that are the hardest to defend yourself against. I made it a point to be great at defeating both Oppressors and jets. I use the upgraded Combat MG Mk 2 for the Oppressors, and the upgraded Heavy Sniper Mk 2 with explosive rounds to take down jets. In regards to the Oppressor, I simply go out into the middle of a wide open area like a street and lure them to come after me. Usually they have to come pretty close to aim accurately, so I wait until they are just close enough to lock on with the Combat MG and I shoot them off. It's one of the most satisfying thing to do in the game, shooting someone off their Oppressor and watching their body cartwheel through the air is so rewarding. In regards to the jets, if I get the chance I like to call in my Oppressor Mk 2 and use it to get to a high vantage point like top of Maze Tower to snipe jets with explosive rounds
I kinda wish people wouldn't complain so much about "griefers" (except cargo griefers - they are the lowest of the low). I hate boring lobbies where no one is killing each other. I always "find new session" until I find a lobby full of craziness. I WANT jets and Oppressors to be "griefing" me left and right. I want the whole map to be pure chaos like a huge battle. I really don't understand why people complain so much about "griefers" - that's what GTA free roam is all about - pure chaos. I hate "sleepy" lobbies with no excitement. Please don't "grief the griefers" - it's just making GTA boring and it sounds whiney. Just grief the cargo griefers - that's justified, they deserve all the disdain they get.
another nice thing about the fully loaded ruiner is that since you're in a mission, you won't get a wanted level, which can be annoying to have cops pestering you while you're trying to fight players.
I own everything on the list, but I usually don't think too much about fighting the Mk2. Most players are weak and can only kill what they can lock into with the Mk2 so they're no threat once you get on the ground to shoot them off or use sticky bombs. The Ruiner 2000 is great during the mission but everyone knows they can't beat it with an oppressor so they just stay away from you.
@HarmNone They're all affective and helped me when I was a newer player. I've gotten better at dealing with oppressors, so I've narrower it down to fewer options. Now I feel most oppressor abusers have no ability so they'll mostly blow themselves up before they get any kills once you are not in a vehicle they can lock into.
The best way to use the Scramjet is to stay on the ground and drive directly towards the Mk2 with decent speed. The Mk2 missiles will always hit the ground behind you while yours will hit them. Some experienced Mk2s might use chaff also, which prevents people from locking onto them for 5 seconds. In this case the Toreador is actually not great. If you try to drive towards them and they end up using chaff, you'll have to turn around to kill them. The Toreador can't do a 180° handbrake spin and it can't turn around normally fast enough, so you end up getting flipped over by the missile blasts and dying. The Scramjet on the other hand can do very fast 180° spins and boost to bring up its speed. All im trying to say is that the Scramjet actually has a lot of potential 🙂
Nightshark + sticky bombs is my preferred method. Or stickys on foot. You just gotta frustrate them enough that they try to get close. So I bought an Adder yesterday, cus you promote it so well. Instantly my favorite car. Its like its glued to the pavement, and when it does slide its completely controllable. And it looks awesome for there being no customizations. Your lists have helped me fill my garage w worthwhile stuff.
Nightshark is my favorite dude. I troll MK2s for fun in that thing, Since it takes 27 Homin missiles to blow up. MK2s only hold 20, by the time they switch or recall it. I've repaired my Nightshark, and its just a big circle lmao. They waste Rockets on me. I go repair my Nightshark, they come back and think they can kill me! it's so satisfying
The Atomizer alien pistol is also very good for opMk2 users if you can get them to stand still long enough 😅. Shoots a pulse blast that knocks them off easy kill
Whenever I join GTA V Online I call in the MOC ASAP. Even if there are no oppressors at the time, there will be. I get to the MOC and drive it to what I consider a good location near where I am based at. I go about my business but when I see the first oppressor appear on the map, I get to the MOC , release the center and drive the cab. It really upset the last MK2 griefer in a recent session. It was going around blowing up players then came after me. It spammed ALL of it's missiles at me, ran out, I'm sure very perplexed, it left.
There are 4 tiers of missles. The jetpack fires missle that arent as good as a regular missle from a buzzard, but arent free aim. You'll usually never 1 shot mk2 griefers as its their favorite bike so they can take more damage
what about Lazer, Hydra and Starling? and btw. the scramjet is amazing if you can handle it (have u ever seen Mayonnaise?) and the Deluxo is very good too it can dodge every missle easily exept the ones from the Scramjet, Ruiner, Vigilante, Chernobog and Deluxo
I think the reason people rarely bring up jets as an mk2 counter is that they require skill to actually counter mk2s, using a toreador is a lot easier for the average player
The only planes that are good counter are Pyro and Molotok. Hydra and lazer can outrun missiles but can’t really fight back because of the mk2 small hit box . However the pyro is missile spammable and has great agility, the Molotok has the fastest shooting missiles out of any vehicle in the game. Not to mention both these planes have counter measures.

@@hjalmarselberg5653 Approach, pop chaff, dropping landing gear while slowing down. Unleash missiles then get behind them when they are frantically dodging and just continue to spam missiles. Rinse and repeat as necessary. They'll fuck up eventually.

I’ve had my cargo vehicle flipped three times today alone by oppressors shooting atomizer pulses and many other things have happened that has me thinking the Series S/X have some bugs or mods/hacks going on, it’s actually pretty impossible to find a server that doesn’t have permanently invisible and seemingly invincible players in them.
Deluxo is be all end all to defend against/take out MK2s. Fly high and make them circle you. Spin in place facing them as they do so and you'll lock on way before they do.
No you won't because I use chaff and you won't get a lock on. Also mk2 locks on at a greater distance than any other vehicle. Scramjets are even easier to take out on a mk2 than deluxos. If you get a lock on and a win then the mk2 player must be using flares and is a low level player. Against chaff, you're dead I'm afraid..

Notes and nitpicks from a mk2 hunter: Scramjet missiles are shared with vigilante and deluxo. Scram does stunts; Vig rams and works in missions; deluxo flies and hovers. The missiles will U-turn. If that's Tier 1, ruiner and chernobog are tier 0 (for different reasons). Ruiner missiles (fully loaded or not) will donut in place under bugged hitboxes, and cherno missiles will clip through terrain and buildings and are difficult for even a pyro to outrun/turn (but won't U-turn). Some deluxo hate in the comments, but if you play with friends, it's the two player version of the mk2's mobility, rivaled only by the sparrow. More to the point of the video though: it has a 100% offensive counter move against mk2s, recently discovered by deluxoism & lilcropdusta: Nose down + reverse, at equal or lesser altitude than your attacker, and all their missiles will miss. I blew up 8 mk2s in a row the first time I tried it. It's nasty and feels like cheating. Before the deluxo trick, toreador (and strommie before that) was my mk2 (and mk1) counter. Because mk2 can't dive bomb and rarely climbs, toreador's terrible high angle lock isn't factor. The half-length range lock on is a factor (150 meters compared to 2 or 300, i think), but mk2 users normally approach you head on, foolishly entering your range (if they don't, just boost towards them, closing range and dodging their missiles), rarely chaffing. A smart mk2er will come at you from the flank or behind, chaff, and fire at the start of their range, knowing that you haven't entered yours. I've yet to meet this mk2 player, and would counter by never giving him my back. A sad note about FLR2K, if you do this in a PC room, you'll almost certainly get a cheater/modder to bug-out your attempt. Bunker research was gamings most cynical paywall, so bad that even r* never tried it again. It's a shame that the best ground to air counter/weapon is still locked behind it. For lulz, landing an atomizer shot is funniest (they die from fall damage while having a seizure, their mk2 still floating). Chopping them up in avenger blades is a riot too. Also, just getting on foot and forcing them to manually aim makes most mk2 players useless. And just like imani tech, they're often clueless against flying vics with well-timed chaff.
I was grinding for a week straight and saved every penny just so I could buy the Toreador and max it out in the mod shop. Now the only griefers who come around me have God mode mods.
I refuse to buy an Mk2 lol. I don't want that temptation, if I start getting owned so be it lol. The Hellcat too. Won't own one. Sick of hearing about and seeing them. Every squeaker dry humps their hell cat all day, when they arent flying around on the broomstick. Lol
Aye I have one but don't use it anymore. I'm normally in the Champion or STX with missile lock jammer to counter though. Sometimes I'll let the lower levels use it to help take out a group of griefers that were picking on them but other than that, it just sits in the terrobyte. I will pull out the Mk1 though. Lol It's gun
@@solomonaaron7 i roll the Nightshark w stickys if I PVP at all. I mostly like customizing and driving cars these days. I wish more people were in to car show and tell. With most of the sweats and griefers moving to PS5, PS4 lobbies have been more mellow. Car Shows and racing and goofing around is making a comeback. Lol
one of the best counters is to be on foot with a lmg and drop bst.. when the oppressor comes by to shoot their rocket, u should easily be able to kill them off of it

I would have had the Deluxo super high up if not number 1. With a little practice you can reliably dodge oppressor rockets like it’s nothing. And the rockets on the Deluxo track so aggressively they’ll straight up do a 180 to hit your target. If you get the lock on, you’re not missing. I’ve been cruising around taking out griefers in mine for a few years now.
If you upload another video could you add the most defense vehicles? Put the Seabreeze, it can outrun the Orbital Cannon. Also can be fully submerged in water. The Seabreeze has this trick when u fly in the water upside down the engine stopped working. The Seabreeze is clearly destroyed but upside down in the water you won't drown or get destroyed by Opressor MKII. The Seabreeze comes at $1,130,000 Whereas the trade price is I think $850,550. It's worth every penny
I almost bought the ruiner, what stopped was the lack of convenience. It's not just wildly expensive it's also as you mentioned a pain in the ass because the game won't spawn it like it the other vechiles in the game. Makes perfect sense doesn't it? Spend a fortune on something you have to hunt down to get. 🤦♂️I watched reviews on both the ruiner and the scram jet in the end I didn't buy either or. That torrordor on the other hand god dam she's worth the price tag! In the end when you get spawn trapped it's best just to go into passive mode instead of trying to get one of your favorites...I honestly hate that if you haven't been spawn trapped yet it'll come eventually. But if you go back to the list after you get away you can then return the favor. I love that! Eye for an eye. For that I use the torrordor just because of the unlimited missle capacity.
I took out 42 Oppressor mk2s with just my aim modifications and an Adder, how you might ask? Well it's simple... sticky bombs, tunnels, getting him to be seen by the cops (or the army) shooting rockets at me.
So no one thought to stay high out of sticky bomb range or stay away from tunnels and use the Mk2's extra distance lock on against your unarmed adder? Sounds like you were up against 42 rank 1 new players.
Scramjet is actually one of the best counters to the oppressor. With a lot of practice it’s probably the best one. If the oppressor flies towards you, boost in its direction and fire when you get a lock... if timed correctly your missile will hit, and the oppressor will miss
@@kayla-Rey22 well ofc it gets a little more complicated that way.. the good thing with the scramjet is that it can easily dodge missiles with the jump, and bait out chaff. Assuming that mk2 and scramjet drives straight towards each other, if you do a 180° front flip with scramjet you can actually hit the oppressor from behind after chaff. It’s a bit harder to do and takes a bit of practice, but it’s definitely doable once you get it down. If it’s a mk1 oppressor tho it’s not rly possible since the mk1 can dive-bomb much more aggressively. If mk2 is chasing however it’s much harder to flip and shoot since it’s harder to line up the shot and angle, so that’s your best bet if you’re playing against a skilled scramjet user. But it’s not rly a meta vehicle so it’s probably nothing to worry too much about

I can't do hand-to-hand pvp so the mk2 is my only protection against other griefers. I only defend myself, I never attack first. All I'm saying is that I've been attacked by many deluxos, scram jets and mk1's. I have never lost to any of these. Not once. All these boosting tricks people boast about have never worked in my experience against them. Someone said that mk1's can outrun mk2 missiles with their boost but I've never seen that either. Chaff followed by 2 missiles has worked for me every single time. I've never come across anything that has dodged my missiles. I'm sorry, I'm just being honest about it.

There are a fair amount of videos on yt explaining how to aim and dodge missiles effectively with the scramjet if you’re interested. But if you use the mk2 with chaff defensively tho, and not to attack, you’d mostly be fine either way.
@@vickemannen9276 : No, I don't mean it like that. I never ever attack anyone first but if I am attacked then I will respond the same way. I very rarely get attacked by anything other than another mk2 or jets. In my experience most people just mess around in scramjets and try to stay away from everyone. I've got one but can't get the hang of it lol. It seems to be more like a fun vehicle than something to take on mk2's. If you're as good as you say with a scramjet then I admire you for having the guts to take on mk2's. I just haven't seen anyone with your skills in a scramjet or these deluxo people who claim to have killed multiple mk2's. I have never had any problems against scramjets or deluxos and, to be honest, they very rarely come near me these days. As I've said somewhere else, I don't like blowing up either a scramjet or deluxo as I don't consider it a fair contest. If I do encounter one, I usually hit chaff and boost past them without firing a missile even when I get the lock on (which is always). None of this applies to mk1's though. I will always fire on them lol.
you can upgrade weapons to mk2 in the agency workshop, its probably the best way to do it since yoy also get lil discounts and easy access to anything from the ammunation shop (also a weapon stash)
Great video dude I wouldn't have bothered putting the Stromberg on there since the toreador is better in every way however there is one just a bit better... the deluxo. It takes practice to get the dodges down but it can reliably dodge oppressor mk2 missiles. The climb dodge and reverse climb dodge are also pretty easy to learn and very reliable. The spin dodges and handbrake dodges are harder but just as effective as long as you know roughly where the mk2 is. The advantage being that the mk2 can't dodge your missiles unless they're a good upside down player (which is very very rare). The issue with the toreador is the lock on range is half of the deluxo and mk2 and if the MK2 spams missiles at you the ragdoll from them can stop you getting a shot off. Also if the mk2 isn't a complete moron and they use chaff on their approach they can block a lock on from the toreador anyway whereas with the deluxo you can dodge until their chaff runs out and then they're done. I know you hate Oppressor MK2 and I feel you. I hate it too. But it's here and it will never go away. Considering that I think it could be interesting to make a video about the good thing you could do with it. Maybe pointing the finger on the bad Things that with it. After all if used with consideration it's a really helpfull vehicle for normal people.
Oppressor MKII 's best counter is an other Oppressor MKII. Although I use it only for fast travel when I see a griefer I always call it from Terrorbyte menu and missile the griefers azz😅
Yeah if theres a group of mk2s or someone who refuses to be whooped, I just leave the lobby. I will gladly make the effort to knock someone off the broomstick or die trying... but if they hide during the cooldown and just keep coming back with the mk2, I leave. I don't want my whole session to become dealing with 1 kid on an opressor.
I do enjoy ghost-riding cars into players in passive though lol..you just jump out right before you hit them and your driverless car becomes able to damage them.

One advantage the Stromberg has over the Toreador is the fact only the Stromberg can use the MOC and repair itself. A good idea is to use the Toreador but also have the Stromberg parked in the MOC as a back up plan to use right away in case your Toreador gets destroyed.
There;s also a chance, however small, that if you knock someone off an Oppressor then that stupid bike will fall into a deep enough body of water. Also the Kosatka CAN be used to counter the MKII if you can detonate the missile next to it. I've done that twice.
Honorable mentions MOC Cab, can tank 69 homing missles Heavy Revolver MK2 with Incendiary rounds, if your aim is good, you can shoot the MK2 user best used if in a vehicle. Anti Aircraft Trailer with Flak cannon, again you need great skill to take him out Avenge Fully Loaded Ruiner 2000
learning to fly the mk2 is the ultimate counter. you can only really get defensive benefits from doing so but will always have the upper edge as you can dodge missiles easily and infinitely too
you should show demonstrations on the vehicles vs MKII, I know it would take longer but it would emphasize your claims and give the people something to watch

personally I prefer the Seminole it can outrun missiles and oppressor mk2 users usually get frightened seeing them and they jump off the Mk 2
Man I use my mk2 as a money making vehicle to get from point a to point b so much faster during heist setups, agency missions, bunker business etc but I always get locked on for some reason from 3 other oppressors it’s so annoying

GTA is wide as an ocean, but shallow as a puddle.
Its why the main focus of a majority of the players is 1-upping each other. It creates the opportunity to be a dick without any of the consequence. It creates a sense of power and sucess in people who have neither in real life.
There are plenty of good folks who like to have a good time playing a game, for sure.
But they are far out numbered by short-dick people with ego and self esteem wrapped up in the game. Rockstar knows it, they foster it, and capitalize greatly on it.
But being aware of the fact that GTA Online is just a giant sparkly slot machine with a poor payout ratio allows you to enjoy it for what it is. You can make your own fun... Rockstar provides the tools, but their applications are lame and redundant. A good group can have a good time screwing around, racing, doing car shows, pvp battles etc. But you can't honestly say the missions and grinds are the best part... and they ARE the game.
But have no illusions... its not "amazing" its just a real life simulation in a giant sandbox with no consequences... which can be fun. But its hardly a game in the true sense of the word... its more like Twitter, if it were an open-world city simulation. The cars are all I am really interested in anymore. And of course Story Mode is awesome. Rockstar makes awesome story-driven experiences. But their online services are predatory shakedowns, designed to hook the lowest common denominator and then squeeze money out of them.
I love the game... but I hate what its become. They should change it from GTA Online to KDR Dick Farm. 🤣
To win vs a mk2 using a scramjet make sure you’re facing each other. When the oppressor shoots their missile boost and the missile is guaranteed to miss

I trolled a griefer with the insurgent the other day. He hit it with his whole payload and would fly off to respawn it and I kept going back in the moc to replenish its health lol. Eventually he targeted the moc and that took a while to blow up.

if you are going to use equipment, i would add the ballistic armor to it. having this allows players to take some punishment with a greater chance of winning.
also, the insurgent pickup custom is valuable for defensive counters. it is harder to fight oppressor users, when the pickup is in motion, so keeping it stationary will give the user a great chance of a victory here. the only drawback is setup time. you would need to be in the know ahead of time before it arrives.

Even though the scramjet is a glass cannon, if you come in and fire first I think its one of the best counters with the great missiles, but as you mentioned it definitely comes with a hefty price tag.
also great once u get the griefer down cause you can just jump up, aim at the sky and boost for a sec till you can see the griefer on ground, go first person and fuck em up with the missiles

I love the Oppressor griefers, one of my favorite thing in the game- it's actually quite easy to shoot them off their bikes. It's the good jet griefers that are the hardest to defend yourself against. I made it a point to be great at defeating both Oppressors and jets. I use the upgraded Combat MG Mk 2 for the Oppressors, and the upgraded Heavy Sniper Mk 2 with explosive rounds to take down jets. In regards to the Oppressor, I simply go out into the middle of a wide open area like a street and lure them to come after me. Usually they have to come pretty close to aim accurately, so I wait until they are just close enough to lock on with the Combat MG and I shoot them off. It's one of the most satisfying thing to do in the game, shooting someone off their Oppressor and watching their body cartwheel through the air is so rewarding. In regards to the jets, if I get the chance I like to call in my Oppressor Mk 2 and use it to get to a high vantage point like top of Maze Tower to snipe jets with explosive rounds

I kinda wish people wouldn't complain so much about "griefers" (except cargo griefers - they are the lowest of the low). I hate boring lobbies where no one is killing each other. I always "find new session" until I find a lobby full of craziness. I WANT jets and Oppressors to be "griefing" me left and right. I want the whole map to be pure chaos like a huge battle. I really don't understand why people complain so much about "griefers" - that's what GTA free roam is all about - pure chaos. I hate "sleepy" lobbies with no excitement. Please don't "grief the griefers" - it's just making GTA boring and it sounds whiney. Just grief the cargo griefers - that's justified, they deserve all the disdain they get.

another nice thing about the fully loaded ruiner is that since you're in a mission, you won't get a wanted level, which can be annoying to have cops pestering you while you're trying to fight players.
I own everything on the list, but I usually don't think too much about fighting the Mk2. Most players are weak and can only kill what they can lock into with the Mk2 so they're no threat once you get on the ground to shoot them off or use sticky bombs. The Ruiner 2000 is great during the mission but everyone knows they can't beat it with an oppressor so they just stay away from you.

@HarmNone They're all affective and helped me when I was a newer player. I've gotten better at dealing with oppressors, so I've narrower it down to fewer options. Now I feel most oppressor abusers have no ability so they'll mostly blow themselves up before they get any kills once you are not in a vehicle they can lock into.
The best way to use the Scramjet is to stay on the ground and drive directly towards the Mk2 with decent speed. The Mk2 missiles will always hit the ground behind you while yours will hit them.
Some experienced Mk2s might use chaff also, which prevents people from locking onto them for 5 seconds. In this case the Toreador is actually not great. If you try to drive towards them and they end up using chaff, you'll have to turn around to kill them. The Toreador can't do a 180° handbrake spin and it can't turn around normally fast enough, so you end up getting flipped over by the missile blasts and dying. The Scramjet on the other hand can do very fast 180° spins and boost to bring up its speed.
All im trying to say is that the Scramjet actually has a lot of potential 🙂
To do a 180 in the Toreador or Batmobile hold brake PLUS ebrake!
Nightshark + sticky bombs is my preferred method. Or stickys on foot. You just gotta frustrate them enough that they try to get close.
So I bought an Adder yesterday, cus you promote it so well. Instantly my favorite car. Its like its glued to the pavement, and when it does slide its completely controllable. And it looks awesome for there being no customizations.

Nightshark is my favorite dude. I troll MK2s for fun in that thing, Since it takes 27 Homin missiles to blow up. MK2s only hold 20, by the time they switch or recall it. I've repaired my Nightshark, and its just a big circle lmao. They waste Rockets on me. I go repair my Nightshark, they come back and think they can kill me! it's so satisfying

Whenever I join GTA V Online I call in the MOC ASAP. Even if there are no oppressors at the time, there will be. I get to the MOC and drive it to what I consider a good location near where I am based at. I go about my business but when I see the first oppressor appear on the map, I get to the MOC , release the center and drive the cab. It really upset the last MK2 griefer in a recent session. It was going around blowing up players then came after me. It spammed ALL of it's missiles at me, ran out, I'm sure very perplexed, it left.

There are 4 tiers of missles. The jetpack fires missle that arent as good as a regular missle from a buzzard, but arent free aim. You'll usually never 1 shot mk2 griefers as its their favorite bike so they can take more damage

I think the reason people rarely bring up jets as an mk2 counter is that they require skill to actually counter mk2s, using a toreador is a lot easier for the average player
The only planes that are good counter are Pyro and Molotok. Hydra and lazer can outrun missiles but can’t really fight back because of the mk2 small hit box . However the pyro is missile spammable and has great agility, the Molotok has the fastest shooting missiles out of any vehicle in the game. Not to mention both these planes have counter measures.

@@hjalmarselberg5653 Approach, pop chaff, dropping landing gear while slowing down. Unleash missiles then get behind them when they are frantically dodging and just continue to spam missiles. Rinse and repeat as necessary. They'll fuck up eventually.

I’ve had my cargo vehicle flipped three times today alone by oppressors shooting atomizer pulses and many other things have happened that has me thinking the Series S/X have some bugs or mods/hacks going on, it’s actually pretty impossible to find a server that doesn’t have permanently invisible and seemingly invincible players in them.
It’s in a pretty bad state currently, I’d advise you to try to sell in very lowly populated sessions

Deluxo is be all end all to defend against/take out MK2s. Fly high and make them circle you. Spin in place facing them as they do so and you'll lock on way before they do.

No you won't because I use chaff and you won't get a lock on. Also mk2 locks on at a greater distance than any other vehicle. Scramjets are even easier to take out on a mk2 than deluxos. If you get a lock on and a win then the mk2 player must be using flares and is a low level player. Against chaff, you're dead I'm afraid..

Notes and nitpicks from a mk2 hunter:
Scramjet missiles are shared with vigilante and deluxo. Scram does stunts; Vig rams and works in missions; deluxo flies and hovers. The missiles will U-turn. If that's Tier 1, ruiner and chernobog are tier 0 (for different reasons). Ruiner missiles (fully loaded or not) will donut in place under bugged hitboxes, and cherno missiles will clip through terrain and buildings and are difficult for even a pyro to outrun/turn (but won't U-turn).
Some deluxo hate in the comments, but if you play with friends, it's the two player version of the mk2's mobility, rivaled only by the sparrow. More to the point of the video though: it has a 100% offensive counter move against mk2s, recently discovered by deluxoism & lilcropdusta: Nose down + reverse, at equal or lesser altitude than your attacker, and all their missiles will miss. I blew up 8 mk2s in a row the first time I tried it. It's nasty and feels like cheating.
Before the deluxo trick, toreador (and strommie before that) was my mk2 (and mk1) counter. Because mk2 can't dive bomb and rarely climbs, toreador's terrible high angle lock isn't factor. The half-length range lock on is a factor (150 meters compared to 2 or 300, i think), but mk2 users normally approach you head on, foolishly entering your range (if they don't, just boost towards them, closing range and dodging their missiles), rarely chaffing. A smart mk2er will come at you from the flank or behind, chaff, and fire at the start of their range, knowing that you haven't entered yours. I've yet to meet this mk2 player, and would counter by never giving him my back.
A sad note about FLR2K, if you do this in a PC room, you'll almost certainly get a cheater/modder to bug-out your attempt. Bunker research was gamings most cynical paywall, so bad that even r* never tried it again. It's a shame that the best ground to air counter/weapon is still locked behind it.
For lulz, landing an atomizer shot is funniest (they die from fall damage while having a seizure, their mk2 still floating). Chopping them up in avenger blades is a riot too. Also, just getting on foot and forcing them to manually aim makes most mk2 players useless. And just like imani tech, they're often clueless against flying vics with well-timed chaff.

With most of the sweats and griefers moving to PS5, PS4 lobbies have been more mellow. Car Shows and racing and goofing around is making a comeback. Lol

I would have had the Deluxo super high up if not number 1. With a little practice you can reliably dodge oppressor rockets like it’s nothing. And the rockets on the Deluxo track so aggressively they’ll straight up do a 180 to hit your target. If you get the lock on, you’re not missing. I’ve been cruising around taking out griefers in mine for a few years now.

If you upload another video could you add the most defense vehicles? Put the Seabreeze, it can outrun the Orbital Cannon. Also can be fully submerged in water. The Seabreeze has this trick when u fly in the water upside down the engine stopped working. The Seabreeze is clearly destroyed but upside down in the water you won't drown or get destroyed by Opressor MKII. The Seabreeze comes at $1,130,000 Whereas the trade price is I think $850,550. It's worth every penny

I almost bought the ruiner, what stopped was the lack of convenience. It's not just wildly expensive it's also as you mentioned a pain in the ass because the game won't spawn it like it the other vechiles in the game. Makes perfect sense doesn't it? Spend a fortune on something you have to hunt down to get. 🤦♂️I watched reviews on both the ruiner and the scram jet in the end I didn't buy either or. That torrordor on the other hand god dam she's worth the price tag! In the end when you get spawn trapped it's best just to go into passive mode instead of trying to get one of your favorites...I honestly hate that if you haven't been spawn trapped yet it'll come eventually. But if you go back to the list after you get away you can then return the favor. I love that! Eye for an eye. For that I use the torrordor just because of the unlimited missle capacity.

Scramjet is actually one of the best counters to the oppressor. With a lot of practice it’s probably the best one. If the oppressor flies towards you, boost in its direction and fire when you get a lock... if timed correctly your missile will hit, and the oppressor will miss

@@kayla-Rey22 well ofc it gets a little more complicated that way.. the good thing with the scramjet is that it can easily dodge missiles with the jump, and bait out chaff. Assuming that mk2 and scramjet drives straight towards each other, if you do a 180° front flip with scramjet you can actually hit the oppressor from behind after chaff. It’s a bit harder to do and takes a bit of practice, but it’s definitely doable once you get it down. If it’s a mk1 oppressor tho it’s not rly possible since the mk1 can dive-bomb much more aggressively.
If mk2 is chasing however it’s much harder to flip and shoot since it’s harder to line up the shot and angle, so that’s your best bet if you’re playing against a skilled scramjet user. But it’s not rly a meta vehicle so it’s probably nothing to worry too much about

I can't do hand-to-hand pvp so the mk2 is my only protection against other griefers. I only defend myself, I never attack first. All I'm saying is that I've been attacked by many deluxos, scram jets and mk1's. I have never lost to any of these. Not once. All these boosting tricks people boast about have never worked in my experience against them. Someone said that mk1's can outrun mk2 missiles with their boost but I've never seen that either. Chaff followed by 2 missiles has worked for me every single time. I've never come across anything that has dodged my missiles. I'm sorry, I'm just being honest about it.

There are a fair amount of videos on yt explaining how to aim and dodge missiles effectively with the scramjet if you’re interested. But if you use the mk2 with chaff defensively tho, and not to attack, you’d mostly be fine either way.
@@vickemannen9276 : No, I don't mean it like that. I never ever attack anyone first but if I am attacked then I will respond the same way. I very rarely get attacked by anything other than another mk2 or jets. In my experience most people just mess around in scramjets and try to stay away from everyone. I've got one but can't get the hang of it lol. It seems to be more like a fun vehicle than something to take on mk2's. If you're as good as you say with a scramjet then I admire you for having the guts to take on mk2's. I just haven't seen anyone with your skills in a scramjet or these deluxo people who claim to have killed multiple mk2's. I have never had any problems against scramjets or deluxos and, to be honest, they very rarely come near me these days. As I've said somewhere else, I don't like blowing up either a scramjet or deluxo as I don't consider it a fair contest. If I do encounter one, I usually hit chaff and boost past them without firing a missile even when I get the lock on (which is always). None of this applies to mk1's though. I will always fire on them lol.
you can upgrade weapons to mk2 in the agency workshop, its probably the best way to do it since yoy also get lil discounts and easy access to anything from the ammunation shop (also a weapon stash)

Great video dude I wouldn't have bothered putting the Stromberg on there since the toreador is better in every way however there is one just a bit better... the deluxo. It takes practice to get the dodges down but it can reliably dodge oppressor mk2 missiles. The climb dodge and reverse climb dodge are also pretty easy to learn and very reliable. The spin dodges and handbrake dodges are harder but just as effective as long as you know roughly where the mk2 is. The advantage being that the mk2 can't dodge your missiles unless they're a good upside down player (which is very very rare). The issue with the toreador is the lock on range is half of the deluxo and mk2 and if the MK2 spams missiles at you the ragdoll from them can stop you getting a shot off. Also if the mk2 isn't a complete moron and they use chaff on their approach they can block a lock on from the toreador anyway whereas with the deluxo you can dodge until their chaff runs out and then they're done. The FH1 is great but the best part of it is the secondary gunner’s cannon, I’d say get an Akula instead

Oppressor MKII 's best counter is an other Oppressor MKII. Although I use it only for fast travel when I see a griefer I always call it from Terrorbyte menu and missile the griefers azz😅

Yeah if theres a group of mk2s or someone who refuses to be whooped, I just leave the lobby.
I will gladly make the effort to knock someone off the broomstick or die trying... but if they hide during the cooldown and just keep coming back with the mk2, I leave. I don't want my whole session to become dealing with 1 kid on an opressor.
I do enjoy ghost-riding cars into players in passive though lol..you just jump out right before you hit them and your driverless car becomes able to damage them.
Another thing between miniguns and the 50 cal machine guns are that with miniguns you need to wait for spinup, the 50 cal is ready to fire right away.

One advantage the Stromberg has over the Toreador is the fact only the Stromberg can use the MOC and repair itself. A good idea is to use the Toreador but also have the Stromberg parked in the MOC as a back up plan to use right away in case your Toreador gets destroyed.

There;s also a chance, however small, that if you knock someone off an Oppressor then that stupid bike will fall into a deep enough body of water. Also the Kosatka CAN be used to counter the MKII if you can detonate the missile next to it. I've done that twice.

Have a passenger in scramjet who can shoot flares. Also shoot 2-3 missles when going after a mk2 since they can’t spam counter flares
