6 fresh cardamoms stone ground . 1/8 cup of almonds and 1/8 cup cashewnuts , each chopped. 1/2 cup fresh Grated coconut (evened out ) Tightly packed. . Roast in desi ghee the nuts in a heavy bottomed, add coconut pan on low. Once lightly browned. Take off heat and pan. 1/2 cup tightly packed jaggery 1/4 cup water melt to sticky consistency. Once sticky add the roasted coconut and nuts and add the crushed cardamom. Mix on low for about 3mins. Turn off flame. Transfer on the greased plate and spread with back of spoon ,greased with desi ghee.... Level sides and top and once it cools . We can slice with a knife. Enjoy healthy coconut barfi. Stays well for a week in refrigerator.

Tried it today, turned out really yum.. One mistake that i did was i took time to grease the dish and everything became hard.. But next time I'm gonna to be very cautious.. Still it tastes really good wasn't expecting it to taste this good.. Thnku fof such a easy n healthy dessert
