Not really. It’s more of a cat and mouse game where one person is prey and the other is the predator. This also adds a hidden movement element. Most similar game I can think of is Scotland Yard, which I would suggest buying before “run”.
Way different, battle ship you try to hit each other, this one is one try to hit the other try to run. Also, the limited movement is different from battleship

This game kinda feel like a suped-up version of Battleship where the ships can move and shoot different weapons. Neat.
