I've been on the receiving end of a Golden Retriever's attack and let me tell you it is nothing to joke about. I was near to the creature's rear and it saw something across the street. It wagged it's tail with enough force to shatter a mountain and my leg was in the way.... never forget.

Even with a Retriever it depends how well the owner raised them. I have read storie where even a Retriever bite a little kitten so severe that it died.

Kittens are so tiny but so brave! How did it know that the great big doggy with jaws bigger than it, just wanted to play? It couldn't know that, but it stood it's ground and even acted tough!

Such utter sweetness! I’m trying to imagine how I would react to a critter 40 times my size that wants to play with me and have it nice. There would be certain barriers to trust to be overcome. Even at that size difference, it would probably be difficult to resist all those attempts at disarming cuteness for long. I hope.

Awwwww. We had a beautiful lab/awesome mix that was quite good with our black cat jazz. A few years later, Jazz had passed away and I adopted another black kitty named Binx. Binx jumped out of that cat carrier like he owned the place and we laughed so hard because our sweet Sadi was afraid of that tiny kitty. 😂😂😂 It didn’t take long for them to be the best of snuggle buddies. When either one of us took Sadi for a walk, Binx came along too.

Das ist so süß! Der Hund versucht dem Kätzchen zu signalisieren, dass es näher kommen kann, er ihm nichts tun wird. Er zeigt keinerlei Aggressivität, hält sich sehr vorsichtig zurückt. Das Kätzchen ist, logischerweise, etwas ängstlich vor dem "großen Kerl", flieht aber nicht, sondern zeigt Interesse und Neugier - natürlich mit etwas Abstand und "sprungbereit"! Wir hatten eine Hündin, die in den 18 Jahren ihres Lebens insgesamt 6 Kätzchen "in Not" ;etwa ab demselben Alter wie dieses Kleine, aufgezogen hat. Es gab nie Probleme, und auch diese beiden werden super miteinander zurechtkommen, viel Spaß haben und enge Freunde werden! Viel Glück dem ungleichen Paar!❤❤❤
