Actually i am really quiet and fear social situations whenever i have to go in public places or ceremonies i think beforehand every step but when i go i suddenly become awkward and it's like it's not in my control anymore my heart starts beating faster and i start worrying that it would show in my face and start to think everyone is judging or laughing ...but idk if it's just shyness or social anxiety

Mai logo se bate karne ke vakt khudko chota mahsus karta hoo..classes me agar lecture shuru hone se pahle class ke freinds bate karte hai,masti majak karte hai,muze bhi usme involved hona pasand hai,par mai nahi ho pata.class ke pure 50 students masti majak karte hai par me kisi se bat nahi kar pata.muze bohot ajeeb lagata hai.isiliye muze classes me jane ke liye bhi dar lagata hai.me class ke alava baki time dinbhar ghar me hi rahta hoo.gharwale kahte hai ki bahar jaya kar dusro se baate kiya kar,naye dost bana kar,kai bar vo mera majak bhi udate hai ki mai ghar par hi rahata hoo.muze bhi lagata hai ki ghar ke bahar jau naye dost banau par lagata hai ki bahar nikalne par kisase milu.jisase bhi milunga kya vo muzse thik se baat karega.muze baate karne me bhi sharam aati hai...bohot baar aisa lagata hai ki suicide kar lu...agar ye aisa hi chalta raha to vo din dur nahi jis din ye duniya chodkar chala jau. Please help me.
@@missioniit8058 main kahe na chahunga ki mere se bhi yahi problem hota araha hai, jaise mujhe present sir kahne mai bhi bohot dar lagta tha. Is problems ko kisiko bata bhi nahi sakte and iss se jaldi hi chutkara nahi mila to life me bohot si problem aa khadi hogi jo tum sonch bhi nahi sakte jo tum karna chahoge oo bhi nahi hoga. Jada relationship problem hogi kisi bhi tarah ki relation ho and tumari body me bhi affect padegi jase body language, communication problem and tum jaise bimar ho jasa dikhoge.

Jitna ho logo ke bhid main raho 1st 1ya 2 logo se free ho kar baat karna try Karo Bina dare uske baad logo ki sankhya badhao jaise class main dosto ke sath baat karna try karna Bina dare jo acha lage ✨wahi karna people par dyan mat de ki log kya kahenge .khud par dyan Dena . Lagata hai tum samajh hi gae hoge.

@@missioniit8058 are bhai, problems aati hai, maanta hu ki ye tough time hai but socho unke baare mein jinhe koi danger bimari hoti hai. Limited time hota hai, doctor bta dete hai ki kuch din ke mehmaan hai uske bawjood wo jitte hai. Diller bno aur ldo, sukh aur dukh cycle ke phiye ki tarah hote, ek jaayega to dusra apne aap aa jaayega .
