Hey dude. I'm just wondering if you also swap the front subframe with the one on the e34 m60? Cause I'm swapping a peugeot inline 4 with m60 and wondering if inline 4 subframe is strong enough to hold m60
I didn’t swap the subframes over, that would would probably require a ton of fabrication. As far as strength, it should be enough to withstand it, but I would also recommend having a fabricator add some reinforcements to it to compensate for the extra weight of the m60. Also compare the weight differences between that engine and the m60. Good luck!

BTW do you have a wiring diagram for m60 to connect with it's own ecu and body wiring set?
and also how did you start the m60 engine for the first time? do you need to set up it's ecu via computer first before connecting all the cable or just plug the all and start?
