Kathryn’s explanation comparing heart rate monitoring to a budget was great idea! thanks to everyone for devoting your time to help people with ME and long Covid.
"The worse you feel the lower your anaerobic threshold is" Is there evidence for this statement? I have been researching the topic of heart rate monitoring for ME pacing for a while now and this is the first time I've heard that claim. It makes sense intuitively but is there a study you can point me to?
