my va claim started in july o8 been to Ro bva court for vet appeals sent back remand back bva back to Ro back to bva back to d r o did I say it's in a different dimension
it's been going for almost 13 yrs an now back to borad (bva) again til some judge says opps
we need this paper or that paper
an maybe we can send it to a different dimension again

My husband has had an open appeal since 2013. The CAVC remanded back to BVA, BVA remanded back to regional office to get tax/income verification for 2013-2018 for TDIU effective dates. No C&Ps or anything like that. Since that's the only remand instructions How long do you think it will take the Regional to make a new decision? We are so ready to be done battling the with the VA.
BVA granted my appeal and was sent for remanded. What does remanded mean, since it was approved by the BVA?

Do I start counting (for the 120 days after the BVA decision) on the date stamped on the decision or on the following day?
About how long does it talk to hear anything after you had a BVA video hearing? I had mine back in june, in Detroit MI.
Usually a couple of months or so, depending on the issues in the case. Have you heard anything yet? Good luck! Let us know if you want us to take a look at it regardless of the outcome.

How do I set it up ?
I have been to the BVA, all remands, took new C&P test. Now waiting on VA to rate me, how long does that take?
It should be pretty quick normally. 30 days or less I’d say on average

@@RJW27i. I submitted my case back in 2015 and got remanded last Sept. If there’s a chance my two grouped disabilities get approved and is over $100k, I heard on Reddit that those amounts go to DC for a sign off which adds even more time. I received a letter from the VA on Jan 6, 2023 stating they were working on my case. This letter came about 4 days after my last C&P. Thanks!
