What they should have done is, with the same stats and passive, release him as a UR rarity character(his Cc is enough to push him to UR). Then, they should have then said "to accomodate for so many fest banners, in this banner, you can obtain him at 600". This will drum up so much hype, it would have been a 600 banner with a UR festival featured on it.

meli can take his entire team out before gelda builds shit up so taking out meli is always essential lmfao plus its nag hes not no dummy bro has one of the best human teams imo

A new charicter passive could be something like this: At the start of battle, when the unit is in the sub slot, it increases all allys basic stats by 50%, however looses that passive when on the field So basicly, when one of your characters die, then you lose the buff
Crazy this character might actually be worse than the first Percy. Don’t get me wrong the heal is crazy but infect cucks his passive. If you use demons or sins and wanna go first you could use LR Lostvayne for his infect card and the fact he’s red helps against humans 2 green dps. Wanna go second with demons plus dodge food? Use demon king Zel since more times than not Arthur forces you to waste a skill slot on a merge and on top of that his dark attribute negates Percy’s light attribute. Also if sins and demons players don’t even wanna change the units on their team they can run festarossa commandment on DK meli since Percy’s heal come from a blue buff. If old Percy got infected his damage reduction would still work he just wouldn’t heal after absorbs some of the damage. Plus he gave the team defense related stats as a sub slotter while this Percy only gives himself defense related stats on the battlefield.
This Percival gives defense-related statistics to everyone Not only to himself , but in an inconsistent way, unlike the first one, which just by being on the team gives the exact amount. But I agree with everything else

He's by far very powerful and a game changer. Smh the company wants more income. I think what they've done is justified. I got him once and the 600 gems copy. Maxed him literally out. And made me win the battle easily. I'm glad he so good. The reason i pulled him cuz i liked the character in the anime. Overall I'm just a collector in this game. Overall he's 10/10
