I agree, buuuut once you set up the mouse in the software you can almost forget it. As long as it doesn't have to run in the background. Then we have an issue. Thanks for watching
Yep Logitech customer service was horrific - I returned my product to Amazon and never purchased Logitech again. I now own and LOVE my EGG XM2we and EM-C - the moment EGG customer service lets me down I'm out.
