thank you very much for sharing your valuable knowledge !
My pleasure! Thanks! Welcome to my channel!
Thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
Great 👏👏👏very detail sir, can y make about cognex vision. Thank y
Hi Buddy, I don't have Cognex vision in hand, but as I remember one project I did, the mapping (Trigger,/ results/... etc) can be flexibly assigned by yourself in the In-Sight Explorer. You can define the exchanged data.
@@electricalautomation also thank y reply
Hi, I just came across your video. Thank you.
But for the GSD file, I have a Keyence sensor without a camera, or we don't need the camera. Is there a link showing the Keyence without the camera or can we still use this gsd steps to program mine?
I would say no, you cannot use as that way.
Could you make a video with dprd_dat and dpwr_dat i think that a better form to complete this kind of registers for the components
Sorry, I don't have the IV2 in hand and I am able to do this test. I'd like to know why you are going to use Asyn communication by using dprd_dat and dpwr_dat
Hi
Thank you for this useful video.
We are trying to connect an Omron FHV7 camera to a Siemens S7-300 but no use.
Actually, this camera successfully connected to an S7-1200 PLC with no problem.
The question is that what is the difference here?
Why we can't do the same thing with S7-300?
(Profinet TCP connection)
Please check the FHV7 Profinet device name, you need to use the 'edit ethernet xxx' in Step7 to assign the Profinet device name to the FHV7
Hi. I have a vision camera of Sick. How to connect it with PLC s7 1200/1500 siemens. Thank you so much
SICK provide Profinet communication example TIA portal project, you can search SICK website and download it
Hi, about the "error" signal, it should be I503.7, but you assigned that signal to 502.7, my doubt is that i can't assign signals beyond 503.0 (i'm talking about 503.1, 503.2, all the byte in fact), just the first bit of the third byte, that's the limit, just like you, so, how can i assign that signals that are in the third byte?
The address is very flexible, once you know the concept, e.g. the mapping table at 9:53. you can assign the address according to your system. For instance, you can assign starting from 200, the the rest of signals should be I200.0... I203.7(Error.) Yes, the Error shown in the video should be I503.7. It is typo there. Thanks for pointing it out.
Can you make a video showing this with Step 7?
Sorry, there is no plan for Step 7. Please note that the TIA Portal can program S7-300 and S7-400. I have been using Siemens more than 15 years. Believe me, once you use TIA Portal, you will never want to use Step7.
Sir, I think you made an error on maping : I504.7 is the signal error not I503.7
Thanks for watching, please see 12:58, if it starts from I500.0, then the ERROR should be I503.7
