there have been many attempts to improve the ping, might aswell login and check to see if it is better for you. Some experienced improvement, others didn't feel a thing. also very important to mention the ping you see in game is not your actual ping, use something like BnSBuddy to see your ping.

hm levels transfer. if youre 50 hm 12 you'll be 55 hm 12. just like it was for 45 patch to 50 patch
