Can the rear rack be removed?

Yes it can be removed although the rear wired in light would have to be moved. I hope this helps.

what is the max weight on the rear carrier please? will my 15 kg dog get on the back in a box?

15kg is the weight limit according to the rack fitted on our Modum’s in store.

Is the battery removable?

Yes it is easily removed for charging, transport/storage or extra security. It is locked on and comes with two keys.
