@@kingcerberus93 It does work very well. I wouldnt upload such a video and even call it reliable in the thumbnail if i wasnt convinced that the trap works well. My motivation to sit down and create this trap came from bad experiences with other trap designs i had found on youtube in the first place.
@Shabowsky the trap how it is in the video. I tried for over an hour to get a wyvern in it. It did not work even one time. Maybe the ai has changed some si ce this video. But it would either fly underneath every time or it would just hover and float to the side and round it. So I put 2 walls either side of it kinda like it's a box so it doesn't float round the side. Since doing that it has worked every time. But before that it did not work even once out of around 20-30 tries like that. So it works but it needed alterations. Should also note the wyvern won't fall to the ground so ud either need to stand on the back of a wyvern or make a ladder to reach to get the milk. It's just slightly out of reach. This is more of a note that when it doesn't work for people like for me. Putting those 2 walls either side will make it work.

Yea its easy to add some side funneling system by sapping a sloped wall to the sloped triangles and then go outwards from there. But if you go straight at the trap and then upwards once you flew through it is not hard to get the Wyverns trapped. If you stay low to the ground the Wyvern will obviously follow you low to the ground and not get trapped. You can see me going straight and then up in the video, and i easily succeed in 9 out of 10 tries with it.
@Shabowsky wasn't the case for me. If I was low it would go underneath as u say. Sometimes still did if I was up tho. Other times it would just hover n go round it. So it needed the funnel system for it to work.
@@StickyDrawz i had some escape as well - if theres a way in, theres always also a way out, unless u add a structure or change something else (like opening a door). but it is so rare that they escape for me and my tribe that it isn't an issue, so i am a bit surprised to hear that. dont really know what to say 😅 i havent seen any comparable trap that holds the wyverns better. but if it just doesnt work for you, you could go with some oldschool monstrosity of a trap that is so big the wyverns never find the exit :D they are usually a little safer but also a lot more expensive

@@Shabowsky they dont stay trapped... they just turn around and escape i did it exactly as u did...
