I used to have breathing problem( asthma ) when i was kid but i am totally okay now..but it still happens ...red spots it appears inside the palm skin and its not itchy but kinda irritating

It's due to spasm of the hand vessels due to cold, protect your hands from cold water, use gloves etc.
