I recall, one missed exit on the Florida turnpike on I-95, on way to Miami, and that had caused us 100 miles of to-and-fro until we took the correct exit, and all of us driving pals nearly lost so much patience. Your patience is many-fold more and you kept your cool all the way, which is so much inspiring, hats-off to your patience Brother!

I don't understand this - why didn't you get an Iran visa when you were stuck in Istanbul? Surely its logical to try at the Iranian consulate in Istanbul rather than drive several hundred km to the border.

But Thanks to the Great people of Turkey, who Love Pakistan and treat us like brothers, not only allow me to travel back but because of lack of transport at that time help me arranging my journey to Erzurum. Unfortunately Almost half a century back{ when Iran was a kingdom} Its surprising that such a practice still exists and Iranian behavior towards travelers hasn't changed.
