Just look at Physics and other Sciences:
    1. Newton Physics vs Einstein Physics
    2. Time is going forward (Arrow of Time) vs Time is relative. Time is an illusion . (All of time) Every moment in time exists all the time .
    3. Big Rip vs Big Crunch
    4. Matter is real using our 5 senses vs 5 senses are not real, Matter is not real. (Matter is just a wave frequency, a wave of potential.)
    5. Atom as solid vs Atom as energy, vibration , frequency.
    6. Water is dead vs Water is alive.
    7. Virus is dead vs Virus is alive.
    8. Carbon dating as accurate vs not accurate
    9. Dinosaurs had reptilian skin vs Dinosaurs had Avian feathers.
    10. Neanderthal Man as a separate species vs Neanderthal and Homo Sapiens are interspecies (interbreeding)
    11. TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine (alternative medicine) is not scientific vs TCM is scientifically proven (food supplement boom).
*** And millions more contradictory Scientific findings.

Great video! I believe that the scientific community’s utter failure, as witnessed during the pandemic, is rooted far deeper, historically speaking, in its founding rejection of metaphysics, which coincides and overlaps with the rise of 19th century progressivism and modernity itself. Rejection of metaphysics in favor of pragmatism, instrumentalism, positivism, and utilitarianism created a morally perverse incentive structure that fosters parasitic behavior incapable of self-correction and a framework incapable of true intellectual diversity. In philosophical parlance, our scientific-medical community was merely trying to “save their own phenomena.” In the short term, however, Public Choice theorists should have a field-day uncovering the obvious free-rider and special interests that riddle the scientific profession.

The intro is too wordy and presumes much from the audience. Let the guests speak sooner. My appreciation.

Most people dont initially realize that the information is useless until you can actually use it to do something.. Unless of coarse its a no brainer. .

It does happen to normal people if the actually think the scientist knows . Trust the experts?
