Indeed. With the right build you can use Nukers as "hybrids" aswell. Nukers have stronger CK attacks but lack other things like certain buffs and debuffs that hybs have. I am nuker because I prefer this role in general. However currently I'd say hybrids have the upper hand in PVP.
We I'm new too, what I can say banners play huge role there,if you are lucky enough and someone help you with some banners you can grind pretty easily I find a guy who give me blue white black banners and I hit fd7 in 2 days without exp cards or event.
GCM Red / Green Give major Exp until HG4.5, and you should make Hybrid if ur comming back, their really nice, and Keep a Nuker HM12 to farm GCM Superior Green on events.

Not really nukers are essential for LL dungeon and Potala. Also they rule in PvP (only for advanced players though). Also if you have enough damage you can finish dungeons such as icy easily using meele weapon + nuker shields.
Ben Houghton Nuker char is pretty hard to maintain/evolve. And if you don't have any spare $$ I'd suggest to go for hybrid. They do good or even better in the mentioned dungeons. Also they have a big advantage against KL bosses. (Debuff skill)
I think mobile version would be really hard to play. You depend a lot on the keyboard to be able to actually pvp effeciently. I think you should get yourself a cheap laptop or smth.

S Khan If you wanna be top tear you need a lot of Ultimate Tablets. These are either obtainable by opening blue boxes from shop orbfarming infinit dungeon. But it will take you several years to farm it.

I just came back to the game after like 12 yrs lol. What is the quickest way to level up from lvl 50?

No LoB Nuker. Using Flying Dragon Spade for meele attacks.

Yes it is true sadly, however Hainan map will release in a few weeks and we expect a big change regarding the farming of end-game items.
