Because back then the government of the UK tried to ban monoton electronic music, for some fallacious reasons. "That kind music makes people take drugs". As if everyone that listens or is surrounded by monoton sounds automatically is forced to take "drugs". By that logic, anyone that listens to monoton rain coming down while standing in a forrest would have to behave like they claimed. omg..foil combined with this b/w video brings tears of joy to my eyes.. it just fits perfect together. the footage of the WW2 and the aerial views from the bombed cityscapes is so powerful in its visual expression and the track perfectly captures the intense feelings of anxiety this vid creates. watchin this brings me in a dark and but also lovley and almost euphoric mood^^ ...very great work ..i´d rather like to see less bullshit and more stuff like this one here on youtube

i think this song warrants more abstract primal mysterious imagery... the beginning, as zimant said, was excellent... it doesnt want any kind of perceivable narrative though, just images...
