I have visited the Venetian many times…love it…this has, in my opinion, the best ambience of any place in Vegas. Never stayed here….too much for my wallet ! Thank you for such an extensive tour. You are the very best tour guide!
I've been inside the actual Doge's Palace in Venice and it has something Vegas cannot replicate: the biggest ballroom I have ever seen in my life. It is so massive that several small houses would fit inside and it has amazingly ornate walls/ceilings going as far back as the eye can see. I would love to go to a fancy dress party in the ballroom there.
I love your videos. I have them on a lot. I know this will sound silly, but I want to try Donutique at the Venetian when I am there next and I keep missing it in your videos. I am trying to picture where it is but I can't. (I look forward to wherever you are in the next one.)
Thank you. Donutique is on the casino floor in the restaurant row near The Waterfall Atrium. You don’t see it because I film the waterfall in the middle and go by it.
I went there in about 2007 or 2008. It was every bit as gorgeous as I expected. The postcards do Venice NO justice. And if you ever go there, you must ride the gondola. The gondolier was so skilled that whenever we came to a bridge that I thought was too low, he TILTED the gondola 30 degrees to the right to get under it! And he never scratched the ceiling. It truly is a skill you don't find in many places.
