  • The future of business is being shaped by Generation Y. Since 2009, Adam Kingl MBA2004, Director of Learning Solutions, Executive Education at London Business School, has been surveying Generation Y to understand their attitudes towards work, employee engagement and leadership.
How is this new generation of leaders changing the workplace?
How will their different career expectations shape businesses?
Which employers will win the battle for talent?
The keys to better human resources management for GenY include the creation of a sense of community, and collaborative work environment.

I refuse to work for an organization where the CEO has a man-bun!
The old "job for life" and "company man" are long gone - Unfortunately people, like myself have been forced to change employers, and whole careers, due to workplace changes. This trend has been going on, and growing, since the 1980s.
Talent = real results. I have seen so called "talented people" (loud, egocentric people) do enormous harm to once strong organizations.
