Cool story: My dad was at the barber and there was a picture of asemble the chariots on the mirror and he asked the hairdresser lady who they where the hairderesser was a girlfried of the singer from asemble the chariots (we are from Finland)
I love these type of band names. Assemble the Chariots reminds me of Unleash the Archers. Bands looking for a name should just imagine themselves as army commanders issuing battle orders! How about Dump the Oil Pots, or Release the Catapults?!
Yet another reason I love this channel! Introducing lesser-known bands to people, and getting the word out. Never heard of these guys but I'll tell ya, me and my dogs were straight up headbanging to this! 🤘😎 Awesome work Tank!
Fuck me and all my generations! That intro alone is the stuff of legend, wow! Thank you for this Tank, I'm gonna be listening to this new discovery. ❤🤘🏻🤘🏻
It kind of makes sense that Finland has such a high export of Metal bands. With people like Simo Häyhä (White Death) in their history who was probably one of the most metal military snipers from WWII. Finland having a lot of Metal in their blood checks out.
I listened to a lot of Vulvofynia ,Shadow Of Intent, and The Raven Autarchy I got these Guys recommended last year and the went on the same playlist as these three nice to see som good attention empress is a great song btw!!
I freaking love symphonic Deathcore, and this is so good! This song is so amazing and I can't wait to hear their other work! About 98% of the music I listen to is Deathcore, and I am always looking for more great artists! I completely agree the symphonic element adds so much to the music, and makes it feel so grand and epic.
I listened this right here and now I can’t fucking stop, my god, what a band, the video, the riffs, the build, the melodies, I’m absolutely impressed, definitely this guys will be one of the contenders at a not so far future!
I really like that, from a classification stand point (if you really care about genres), these guys would be in the same vein as Lorna and Shadow of Intent, but outside of the basic framework of symphonic deathcore, these three bands sound entirely unique to themselves, and that gives me hope that there are still creative people who can do interesting things with genres that are kinda already oversaturated Edit: I made this comment halfway through the video, so I didn't realize you'd directly compare them to Lorna and SOI later on lol
Yes Tank, they are most definitely underrated! Glad you're giving them some airtime. Maybe you could give the band "Face Yourself" a listen - new band, female vocals - EP released recently.
I discovered these guys through this song just a few days ago. I have listened to this repeatedly since then. Definitely agree that they are EXTREMELY underrated!
I had completely forgotten about this band. Only seen them live once, but never really got to know them. This gives me some serious Keep of Kalessin vibes. Which is not at all a bad thing, them being in my top 5 of the best bands ever :)
Yes! I have found them by accident on Seek and Strike channel even before Empress was released. The first song I heard was "Astral Creator" and it blew me away! Glad these guys are getting more and more recognition, pretty sure there is a big future for them!
i heard of this band a couple years ago thru reaction channels (yours maybe? too lazy to go back and check lol) the song was Empress and it was soooo good! but then i didn't keep listening. Thanks for the reminder of this band! EDIT: thanks to RUclips suggestions, i see you did react to this and also i just heard your intro haha
Saw these guys live about a year ago, and they were absolutely killer. Was a bit worried that the live sound was going to be a bit of a mess, but it blew me away. Loads of potential there!
To me, this sounds like a combination of Lorna Shore's dark and evil symphonic deathcore, with Brand of Sacrifice's massive and otherworldly production/atmosphere.
This gave me chills when I first listened to it, such a huge fan of Symphonic Death Core, these guys do it so well. I'm actually astounded it has had such few views. It's not something I'd looked at. I think you're right with the possibility of lack of exposure. Hopefully this album will change that. Again love the channel man I've very similar taste to you, keep it up🤘
Great review as always Tank. Somehow I missed your first reaction to this band, and this is the first time I've heard them. Honestly, its very much on the extreme end of what I'd listen to, and not perhaps a band that I would really follow. However, musically its very interesting, it reminded me of Wintersun, and the symphonic element was great. Have I discovered a new rabbit hole to fall down? Probably not, but I appreciated being able to take a peak inside.
Just seen elsewhere that they are saying this is a single from their upcoming album. One of the band said "I cannot tell much more as of now, but your wait shall be rewarded in the near future".
It's almost like Infant Annihilator but a bit milder which absolutely isnt a bad thing. If they continue with this style of music, im 110% waiting on more songs from them
I discovered them with Empress a few years ago and loved it, I went back to their old EPs The Celestials and World Architects and they were great too. The Moon Collector single is my second favourite track after Empress. I like after 2 years away they still have their own same sound. I discovered they released this track by playing my Release Radar on Spotify and thought wow that sounds like Assemble The Chariots, And it was!😄
I love to see ur take on the 3 music videos that accompanied the release of Cattle Decapitation's new album. 'Terrasite' is a filthy album, I recon you'd dig it mate! ;)
Good song and you weren’t kidding about being a unique sound. The one thing I immediately noticed is the vocals are kinda buried underneath the instruments but I still enjoyed it. These guys are good and will be on my radar for sure 🤟🏼
Very small correction for one of your annotations at 3:34, the universe/world of League of Legends is Runeterra, so you mentioned the same universe basically twice there.
Definitely heard the key change, though it was either subtle, or was just that seamless (I may have been distracted as well, I do quite like to listen to the darker symphonic type stuff, though in a has-my-complete-focus sort of way). I vaguely recognize the band name and first half of the song though I'm not sure from where, so will definitely be looking into their back catalog
If Lorna Shore and Shadow of Intent had a beautiful child, this would be it. The entire intro reminds me so much of Pain Remains I, also his vocal delivery is a bit like Will; but it's still its own sound. The theme and the orchestration are reminicent of Shadow of Intent; especially with the whole intergalactic feel and concept. This is music made for me. But, again, very much their own signature. Thank you for doing this! :)
Another deathcore band that very recently released their first EP is Sleep Serpent. They aren't excessively unique afaik, but I think it sounds pretty good. I'd suggest checking them out as well.
Hi Tank! First of all I really like your content and reactions. Keep on the good work! Do you heard about Rotting Christ? It's a Black Metal Band from Greece, which I'm pretty sure, you're gonna like it and would happy to see a first reaction from you. My recommend song would be "Fire God And Fear"
I understood absolutely zero lyrics to this. Still a banger though. Then again I had to watch the Pain Remains Trilogy with Lyric videos before I could understand any of it, lol. I really appreciate Will Ramos's annunciation now.
Have you checked out face yourself, yet? They've just released a few songs on YT these past couple weeks. Female vocalist, deathcore. She's got some delicious lows AND highs. I'm really excited to see more of them. Shadow self, RED, and hypothermia are their three songs out now.
Absolutely loved this! I'm a sucka for anything black metal ish! Right from the beginning when everything was just cassette tapes, snail mail sharing! But hey I am 53yrs old! 😂😂
It is solid. I am not really into pure deathcore. Most of my deathcore likes are closer to metalcore than straight deathcore. There is some DC out there I do like though. I can only do this in bursts. I wouldn't be able to listen to a full record all the way through without taking a break. It just isn't my style. Still solid though.
Hi Tank! Please check out "So it begins" I recommend the songs "Isolation" and "My will their hands". I really think they deserve more recognition. Peace 🤘
This is exactly why the world needs Tank and the other streamers who release bands with little reputation. Not really my kind of music, but as a guitar, bass and drum player, i really enjoy listening to great players. Production was insane.
I really like it, this is right up my alley, but at the same time isn't this just Shadow of Intent or Synestia. Which isn't a bad thing by any means as I love both those bands. I feel these guys need to do something special to stand out a bit more.
Hey Tank, how about checking out the newest video from SETYØURSAILS - Best of Me they released yesterday? They are a newcomer German metal band under contract with Napalm Records. Really great live band 🙂
How does he choose a band to review? Do people need to collectively ask? Im justt curious, ofc i wanna recommend a song/band but im jsut not willing to put it in comment just because i want it to happen. P.S Tank, i know you like Feuerschwanz, so did you see the video Berzerkermode?
I know u Probs won’t see this but YOU NEED TO PUT DISKUST ON YOUR CHANNEL PLEASE THEY ARE AN AUSSIE HEAVY BAND WITH GREAT VOCALS (seen them live and they did not dissapoint) I think I lot would benefit from hearing them… 🎉
Tank, are you across Kahani? What d'you reckon? Deathcore Bloodywood? If you're not familiar, this is called Samsara. ruclips.net/video/clY3tO29b9U/видео.html
This band is criminally underrated.
Cool story: My dad was at the barber and there was a picture of asemble the chariots on the mirror and he asked the hairdresser lady who they where the hairderesser was a girlfried of the singer from asemble the chariots (we are from Finland)
Kiitos perkele!
Saludos Tank! Buen trabajo! I hope some day you do a review of Chilean metal bands, greetings from Dorso!
Yo, how are these guys so unknown? This song is spectacular.
Not only that but normally underrated bands like this do not try to put off good video quality
Holy shit!!!!
This song SLAPSSSS! Good vid bud 8) greetings from Helsinki 😁
I love these type of band names. Assemble the Chariots reminds me of Unleash the Archers. Bands looking for a name should just imagine themselves as army commanders issuing battle orders! How about Dump the Oil Pots, or Release the Catapults?!
Truce beyond Trebuchets was some local band whose name I was really digging
@@pdoge Ha! That one really rolls off the tongue! 😝
Silence the messenger, crafting the conspiracy, tear out the heart, scar the martyr
Leegt an!!?
The fact that the vocalist create his own universe and make a song about that is really unique and genius bro
Yet another reason I love this channel! Introducing lesser-known bands to people, and getting the word out. Never heard of these guys but I'll tell ya, me and my dogs were straight up headbanging to this! 🤘😎 Awesome work Tank!
Haha, Perkele! Love it! 😄🤘🏻 Great song and video. Tbh I have slept on this band. Now I need to check out more. Thanks 🤙🏻
Thank you Tank for doing a reaction to this! ATC would really deserve more recognition. They are amazing! Perkele!
I've been following this band since their first EP and they've had a hell of a evolution over the years. Their drummer (Sami) is sick! 🥁🔥
I listened to a lot of Vulvofynia ,Shadow Of Intent, and The Raven Autarchy I got these Guys recommended last year and the went on the same playlist as these three nice to see som good attention empress is a great song btw!!

I completely agree the symphonic element adds so much to the music, and makes it feel so grand and epic.
Assemble the Chariots deserves more attention. Just like their label Seek & Strike. Putting out quality releases and giving good new bands a chance
Same label as Orbit Culture, so yeah you hit the nail there.
I listened this right here and now I can’t fucking stop, my god, what a band, the video, the riffs, the build, the melodies, I’m absolutely impressed, definitely this guys will be one of the contenders at a not so far future!
That intro riff with "choir" singing and blast beat behind have a big Wintersun (especially Sons of Winter and Stars) vibe for me!
Thanks for introducing me to this band. Top tier stuff.
Immediate song of the year contender! That was such a journey ❤
This was awesome. Growls and screams pair so well with the epic symphonic sounds. I loved Empress so it's great to see them release another song.
Perkele 🤘🤘 Greetings from Finland 💪💪
I really like that, from a classification stand point (if you really care about genres), these guys would be in the same vein as Lorna and Shadow of Intent, but outside of the basic framework of symphonic deathcore, these three bands sound entirely unique to themselves, and that gives me hope that there are still creative people who can do interesting things with genres that are kinda already oversaturated

That was really good I'm really happy to get a new good Deathcore band can't wait for more of them
Known about this band for about 3 or 4 years and they are fantastic, I hope they’ll make an album soon!
Assemble the Chariots is amazing
I discovered these guys through this song just a few days ago. I have listened to this repeatedly since then. Definitely agree that they are EXTREMELY underrated!
I had completely forgotten about this band. Only seen them live once, but never really got to know them. This gives me some serious Keep of Kalessin vibes. Which is not at all a bad thing, them being in my top 5 of the best bands ever :)
I truely love your love for music!! Thx for sharing it
I loved Empress so much that i was really excited about a new release. I will always check them and follow.
Yes! I have found them by accident on Seek and Strike channel even before Empress was released. The first song I heard was "Astral Creator" and it blew me away! Glad these guys are getting more and more recognition, pretty sure there is a big future for them!
Definitely putting them on my list🤘🤘
Kiitos saatana!
Hot !! Points for speaking a few words of our language
i heard of this band a couple years ago thru reaction channels (yours maybe? too lazy to go back and check lol) the song was Empress and it was soooo good! but then i didn't keep listening. Thanks for the reminder of this band!
EDIT: thanks to RUclips suggestions, i see you did react to this and also i just heard your intro haha
This was sick. Added to my Spotify
Saw these guys live about a year ago, and they were absolutely killer. Was a bit worried that the live sound was going to be a bit of a mess, but it blew me away. Loads of potential there!
Ending was huuuuuuuuuuge. Easily one of the best endings to a song I have heard in the recent years.
Thank you for this video! This is exactly the type of music I'm looking for!! Straight into my playlist, let's gooooo 🤘
To me, this sounds like a combination of Lorna Shore's dark and evil symphonic deathcore, with Brand of Sacrifice's massive and otherworldly production/atmosphere.
But here's the thing they've been doing this longer then either band
This gave me chills when I first listened to it, such a huge fan of Symphonic Death Core, these guys do it so well. I'm actually astounded it has had such few views. It's not something I'd looked at. I think you're right with the possibility of lack of exposure. Hopefully this album will change that. Again love the channel man I've very similar taste to you, keep it up🤘
this is so sick!!! omg I love it, this is everything I want from metal
Great review as always Tank. Somehow I missed your first reaction to this band, and this is the first time I've heard them. Dammn that song goes hard! Thanks Tank for making me find new music!
This is so good. Can’t wait to hear more of them.
ASSEMBLE THE CARROTS!
the band is just awesome. i like the variety in the music. The breakdown is really the killer. I think the story that is told is great.
Thanks Tank! This was epic! Never heard of this band, though I'm finnish metalhead 😅
Fantastic release. Not familiar with them and I'm a local, but will be checking them out as Shadow of Intent is one of my favs.
It's almost like Infant Annihilator but a bit milder which absolutely isnt a bad thing.
If they continue with this style of music, im 110% waiting on more songs from them
Ohh man I am getting some Mors Principium Est vibes from that opening.
I discovered them with Empress a few years ago and loved it, I went back to their old EPs The Celestials and World Architects and they were great too. The Moon Collector single is my second favourite track after Empress. I like after 2 years away they still have their own same sound. Perkele!! Lol awesome reaction Tank
The Expedition is my absolute favourite of theirs! I'm so glad they're getting more recognition! 😁
This is badass!
last part had some major Hans Zimmer Dune vibes
I´d say this is the most underrated deathcore band of the 20´s. Filthy good!
I love to see ur take on the 3 music videos that accompanied the release of Cattle Decapitation's new album. 'Terrasite' is a filthy album, I recon you'd dig it mate! ;)

God I love symphony Metal! I wish there’s more symphony metal
this reminds me a lot of Mors Principium, and i love it :)
Epic stuff.
A colab with the Danish band 'The Interbeing' combining their two universes could be fun :)
Gives me lorna shore kinda vibes. With that said.. never heard of them! And it is epic af❤
Huge Atlas fan! Love this also! Im betting buster was involved.
I understood absolutely zero lyrics to this. Still a banger though. Then again I had to watch the Pain Remains Trilogy with Lyric videos before I could understand any of it, lol. I really appreciate Will Ramos's annunciation now.
I can't tell if that is vinyl's behind you or a hottopic T-shirt display. I'm gonna assume vinyls but either way its sick.
All vinyls. Haha

My faves ^^
Love that the subtitles are only on the spoken sections. Want subs for the growls? Hell no, font size won't fit :)
Not my thing, but I'd say Crown Magnetar is maybe the most underrated deathcore band.
new to the channel, have you reacted to hocus pocus by solar eruption??
What's a Tank Bpm
Tank, are you across Kahani? What d'you reckon? Deathcore Bloodywood? If you're not familiar, this is called Samsara.
