Wouldn't say Blitz is a "master of all weapons". He's a jack of all traits. He is good enough with most weapons. But every other member of the Imp gang is propably better in their specific metier. Moxxie is the better gunner, Millie is better with melee weapons, Loona is better in unarmed combat (if you can call her "unarmed" in the first place)
