오늘이라는 하루도 소아병동에 가면 엄마 품에 있어야 할 아이들이 어른들도 참기 힘든 고통을 이겨내며 하루하루 보내고 있고 인생의 마지막 시간을 보낸 분들은 더 살고 싶었던 하루가 아니었을지.. 공부가 잘 안되는 걱정. 오늘 밥은 뭘 먹어야 하는 걱정. 사업하다 잘못되었거나 집안에 돈이 없어 빚을 진 분들.. 어느 누구하나 고민은 같을 수 없지만 그 무게 만큼은 스스로 견뎌내기 힘들거예요. 그래도 건강이라는 재산이 있으니 모두 이겨낼 수 있을거라 생각합니다. 제가 인생을 조금 더 살아보니 죽고 싶을 만큼 힘든 시간도 다 지나가더라구요. 잠들기 전에 한 번쯤 오늘 좋았던 순간을 생각해보고 미소지으며 잠들 수 있기를 기도합니다.
