Brad, My name is Ed and I am an old man. That said, it takes me awhile to 'get a grasp on things' (complicated) like FS. I wanted to thank you very much for the intro Video to FS22 (Elm Creek) and for your SLOWER methodical method of teaching. Being a college graduate I have found that NOT everyone can teach as they have a tendency to 'rush through' things, especially now those who have been on FS for many years and now expect everyone to know all the keystrokes. I will be watching your #2 video on FS22 Elm Creek soon. Thank you SO much for your help! Kindest regards. ( PC version, HP Omen, Intel I5, Nvidia GeForce 1080. ) P.S. Thumbs up given and I subbed.
Hi Ed!! Thank you for the kind comment!! I'm glad I make things easy for people to get started. Always feel free to ask questions when you have them. That's why I'm here.
@@BradM73 Hello, Brad. This is my first time playing the farming simulator Series. I heard of it back when Farming Simulator 15/16 came out but didn't know what it was. This is my first time playing this game so i will be watching you all the way through. Which is your Favorite Farming Simulator and why?
Had this in my wishlist and my bf got it for me (forgot that he can see it) so now I’m watching vids before I play. Thanks for making things simple! I saw Ed’s comment and totally agree on your methods :))
"is this an air conditioning unit?" answer is yes, its a ductless split, commonly referred to as a minisplit. basically as the name says, it doesn't have any duct work. becoming more and more common every day
Totally agree with you about not being able to go inside the house. They have made the game so realistic on other things so why not set the sleep marker on a bed inside the home and make us be able to enjoy the inside too, just for the sake of it :)
In 19 as soon as I started a new game, the first thing I did was sell every building except the house. I think it is funny how they give you up to 28 days in a month even if it is August which has 31 days. I've actually gone to farm shows and would talk to the farmers about vehicles and they would ask me "How long have you been farming and where do you farm". Apparently they all know each other. I would tell them I work on a Christmas tree farm.
I just downloaded this and it seems incredible! Definitely a learning curve though. I had to quit the game and come watch you play this tutorial so I could learn 🤦♂️🤣
Bought the game guide still waiting on it to come in from the mail. My brother loves this game and I decided to try it out. I was definitely not expecting the game to be so complex but Ido enjoy it I will be watching your videos I play on Xbox Thank You for Teaching me the way in Farming
Great video. Keep up the awesome work. You may need to adjust your game volumes. When you were driving the tractors and combine could hardly hear you over the vehicle noise. I pre-ordered the game. Can't wait for Monday the 22nd so I can start playing on my own
Yes, hopefully it will be better in future videos. I had to get a new headset last week, but the mic has proven to be incredibly difficult to dial in. From Episode 2 forward, I'll be using my studio mic for voice, so hopefully it'll be better from then on out. But please, if you have trouble hearing me, let me know in the future too. I'm always tying to improve!!
Volumes were alot better in your second video. Unfortunately I was unable to catch your Livestream but did watch the replay. Awesome work. Appreciate all that you do to put out contact for your viewers
I didn't like the horses in fs19. But I for some reason want to see them in fs22. I think it will be one of the best supplemental winter incomes. I want to see if you have to ride them and if the animation is more fun. Maybe run them down the walking trail. Love the vid.
I just started playing the 2015 variant again to refamiliarize myself with the franchise but I'm looking forward to buying 22 cause I've heard it's much more interactive, I play on ps4.
2015 is the last version I played. Once the veneer wears off and all I can see is repetitive cyclical tasks, I lose interest in the game entirely. Glad to see they're adding depth.
This game must really be for farmers cause I get really stuck with all the tools that need to be used for different stuff depending on what needs to be done
i remember playing farming simulator 13 and it had a system where if you went too fast like when cultivating the cultivator deattched automaticly i also remember buying tons of chikens andthen using the egg profits for more chikens then the laptop broke down while i was playing it so my dad had to break the laptop to get the game out lmao
My main issue is that there is no option for crop growth speed. I know its not very realistc to have but having it caters to a wider range of playstyles. A lot of people like to role play or have fun and just mess around. I find it odd that they removed it. Not having it is the main reason im sticking to 19 for now
@@tylerharris4949 i must confess. I've been playing the hell out of 22. It does change your play style some but once you get past it, it is a pretty good. The overall visuals especially the scaling made me try it, it feels alot better then 19
I'm glad that your left ear is happy. I promise that going forward, your right ear will get equal or even GREATER love too!! LoL, I don't remember if I explained in the video that I had a major mic malfunction literally the day we got our copies of FS22 and I had to record with the Logitech Pro G headset. It's very comfortable, but the mic is absolutely TERRIBLE, and the audio isn't that great either, especially for how much I paid to get it overnighted to me. Literally the worst sounding headset I've probably ever used, as well as BY FAR the worst mic I've ever had. So in the second episode, I moved back to the Blue Yeti studio mic and things improve from there. Thanks for watching David and I hope you'll stick around!!
Hi brad, thanks for doing this, one thing I have noticed about fs22 when u first start is it’s A LOT HARDER, I’m making very little profit in this than I do in fs19 but I’m playing it the same way I do in fs19, also can u do a video about when to do factories and stuff cause I’ve found out not to do it as soon as u start cause u don’t bring in as much wheat, barely, oats, or canola in 1-4 days than u do in fs19
Yea, my main mic died the day of this recording, and I had to order in a new mic that was used in this video, which ended up sounding terrible. The following episode and after all use a studio mic and sound fine. Hope you continue watching and please accept my apologies for your ears. I'm not happy about it either.
Thank you for the tutorial. Can I suggest something? Could you turn down the in-game volume next time? The engine volume is way too loud compared to your voice.
Hello brad Quick question how do I get to have the view from inside the cab of tractor like I’m actually driving the tractor meaning which button do I push? Thanks
I'm thinking about getting this game I really like the other farming simulators. However I do use mods does this have pretty much the same mods as the other ones? spacifically I'm looking for the cheat ones like the placeable money things that give you money every hour.
Farm sim needs to be more like minecraft in the sense we should be able to build and move sheds, grains tanks, the house, everything around and where we want it. I hate that things are stuck in 1 spot and you cannot move it for no reason. Also I want to start on complete flat ground, green grass a distance out of town and start from square 1. It would be nice if you could find any spot around the map and start there by setting your farm by placing a house? having the ability to pick where you want to start is cool and customization like placing fences, more houses/sheds ect... it would be so much better of a game if you could actually build stuff.
Love your content, is there a way to replace Stop signs or anything you knock over in this game? I know there wasn't anything in the past versions but hoped they'd fix that.
No, you can't replace them. The only way to restore them is to save the game, exit back to main menu, and when you load your save, they will be reset back to normal.
Could you suggest other games like this for PS4? I got Farmers Dynasty & actually really like it, bought Lawn Mowing simulator aha but I thinking about getting this but would love some suggestions
