Sorry it was late! I accidentally deleted the first 30 seconds of main lore on the QnA video and wasn't going to have enough time to remake it AND content for all your questions. So I just changed things last minute to make this video show some backstory. NEXT DECEMBER you will see The Frosties more often, as they will be in many QnA/ask or dares until Christmas, like a series.

Gacha Cute - Needed extra characters
Background Eraser - self explanatory
Vivacut - Complex tweening
Capcut - Shake and snow effects
Sketch - Making backgrounds & drawing
VR Screen Recorder - to record Black Ice Frostbear on Gacha while animation is toggled

It's a kinemaster audio, called 'What child is this'. The 'atmospheric' audio is from a video called Arctic Ballora's Music box. I knew it was going to be a good choice, because the creaks in it sounded mechanical and I used it in last years Frosties christmas video. Thank you!
