What I can suggest you is to check for Schengen Visa, before go there or anywhere in Europe 🇪🇺 or even better go to each kiosk that I have shown on the video, on the Bodrum waterfront, so they will check on the system for you and will tell you directly if you can go there or not. I think is the best option to consider, if you want to solve all your doubts. Let me know if you made it or not, cause right now I’m curious to know how it works for foreigners. Kos is in Greece 🇬🇷 dear, aka Europe, not Türkiye 🇹🇷, so you have to check about Schengen visa, that allows you to enter to Europe 🇪🇺
